| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada belirtilen problem, öğretmenlerden, uzmanlardan ve yeni uygulama ile ilgili olan bazı sivil toplum örgütlerinden elde edilen eleştirilerdir. Araştırmanın amacı, kariyer sınavı ile ilgili olarak öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda bu yeni uygulamanın olası sonuçlarını değerlendirmektir. Bilgiler, kariyer sınavlarından etkilendiği düşünülen kişilerden görüşme metodu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmacı görüşme sorularını düzenlemek için ilgili literatürden yararlanmıştır. Araştırma, Kayseri’de görev yapan ve yukarıda bahsedilen merkezi sınava tabii tutulmuş öğretmenleri kapsamaktadır. Çalışmanın sonuçları göstermektedir ki, öğretmenler eğitim sisteminin çok önemli elemanlarından biridir. Nitelikli öğretmenler yetiştirmedikçe güvenli bir gelecekten bahsetmek imkansızdır. İdareciler, öğretmenler ve değişik alanların öğretmenleri hem kendi alanlarında, hem de eğitim bilimleri ve teknolojide üniversitelerin ilgili fakülteleri ile yakın işbirliği kurarak bilgilerini yenileyebilirler. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The problem stated in this paper is about the criticisms received from teachers, scholars and some non-governmental organizations about this application. The object of this study is to highlight probable consequences of this new application through the views of the teachers. Interview was used as data collection method. The researcher benefited from the related literature to form the interview questions. The sample of the study comprised teachers who work in central districts of Kayseri and have taken the above mentioned centralized exam. The results of this study showed that teachers are the crucial components of education system. It is impossible to talk about a secure future unless we train well-qualified teachers. Administrators, teachers and teachers of different fields will have the opportunity to update their knowledge both on their own fields and on educational science and technology via the close cooperation with related faculties of universities. | en_US |
