Özet
Bu araştırmada, üretici koşullarında meyve dalları üzerinde oluşan çiçek huzmelerinde belirli düzende seyreltme yapılarak, gelecek yılki çiçek tomurcuğu oluşumuna meyveli dalların meyvesiz dallara etkisi incelenmiştir. Yapılan uygulamada meyve dalları arasında bir etkileşimin belirlenmesi ile ağaca yapacağımız bir seferlik seyreltme müdahalesi ile üreticinin her yıl düzenli ürün alması ve her yıl seyreltme için yaptığı harcamaları en az düzeye indirmesi hedeflenmektedir. 2020-2021 yılları arasında Karaman ili Akçaşehir beldesinde yürütülen çalışmada 3 elma çeşidi (Granny Smith, Scarlet Spur ve Fuji) kullanılmıştır. İlk yıl seçilen ağaçlarda çiçek döneminde belirli dallar işaretlenerek üzerindeki meyve dallarındaki çiçekler 1 dolu 1 boş, 1 dolu 2 boş, 1 dolu 3 boş, 1 dolu 4 boş ve kontrol grubu olarak seyreltmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Üzerinde meyve bırakılan meyve dallarında hüzmede 1 meyve kalması sağlanmıştır. Deneme 3 tekerrürlü ve her tekerrürde 3 dal olacak şekilde kurulmuş; boş olan meyve dallarının çiçek tomurcuğu oluşturma durumunun yakınındaki meyveli meyve dallarından nasıl etkilendiği tespit edilmiştir. Yaptığımız çalışmada periyodisite eğilimi olmayan Scarlet Spur ve Granny Smith çeşitlerinde meyve dalında meyve bulunmasının hem meyveli hem de meyvesiz meyve dallarında çiçek tomurcuğu oluşumuna önemli bir etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Buna karşılık periyodisite eğilimi yüksek olan Fuji çeşidinde meyve dallarında meyvenin bulunması çiçek tomurcuğu oluşumunun azalmasına yol açtığı ayrıca meyve bulunmayan meyve dallarına da etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Fuji çeşidinde meyvesiz meyve dalının meyveli meyve dalından uzaklaşması ile çiçek tomurcuğu oluşturma oranının arttığı ve en yüksek çiçeklenme oranı 1 dolu 4 boş uygulamasında belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde yapılan seyreltme işlemleri bir sonraki sene çiçeklenme miktarında artış sağlarken meyve kalitesinde ve pomolojik özelliklerde daha iyi sonuçlar sağlamıştır.
The aim of this research is to examine the effect of fruiting branches on fruitless branches on the formation of flower buds next year by making a certain regular dilution in the flower beams formed on the fruit branches under normal producer conditions. In our application, it is aimed to determine an interaction between the fruit branches and to make a one-time thinning intervention on the tree, to ensure that the producer receives regular products every year and to minimize the expenditures made for thinning every year. Three apple varieties (Granny Smith, Scarlet Spur and Fuji) were used in the study conducted in Akçaşehir town of Karaman province between 2020-2021. Certain branches were marked during the flowering period of the trees selected in the first year, and the flowers on the fruit branches were diluted as 1 full 1 empty, 1 full 2 empty, 1 full 3 empty, 1 full 4 empty and control group. It was ensured that 1 fruit remained in the beam on the fruit branches on which fruit was left. The experiment was established with 3 replications and 3 branches in each replication; It has been determined how empty fruit branches are affected by the formation of flower buds from fruiting fruit branches near them. In our study, it was determined that the presence of fruit on the fruit branch of Scarlet Spur and Granny Smith cultivars, which do not have a tendency to periodicity, did not have a significant effect on the formation of flower buds in both fruiting and fruitless fruit branches. On the other hand, it was determined that the presence of fruit on the fruit branches of the Fuji variety, which has a high periodicity tendency, caused a decrease in the formation of flower buds, and it also had an effect on the fruit branches without fruit. In Fuji cultivar, the rate of flower bud formation increased as the fruitless fruit branch moved away from the fruiting branch, and the highest flowering rate was determined in 1 full and 4 empty applications. When the results of the study were evaluated, the thinning processes provided an increase in the amount of flowering the next year, while providing better results in fruit quality and pomological characteristics.
