Özet
Araştırmada, 12 adet ergin erkek tavşan kullanıldı. Her iki akciğerin dış yüzlerinde lobuli pulmonis durumunun olmadığı, canlı vücut ağırlığının %0.45'ini teşkil ettiği ve sağ akciğerin, sol akciğere oranının takriben 3/5 olduğu tespit edildi. Sağ akciğerin dört, sol akciğerin ise iki loptan meydana geldiği ve her iki akciğerin en büyük parçasının lobus caudalis olduğu belirlendi. Materyallerin dördünde (% 33.3) sağ akciğerin facies diaphragmatica'sında tek bir parçadan oluşan takriben nohut büyüklüğünde bir lopçuğun şekillendiği görüldü. Materyallerin beşinde (%41.6) sol akciğerin lobus caudalis'inin facies medialis'inde dorsal'den ventrocaudal'e doğru uzanan ve derinliği ortalama 3 mm olan bir sulcus'un şekillendiği, bu sulcus'dan dolayı da lobus caudalis'den lamina şeklinde ayrılan bir parçanın bulunduğu gözlendi. Bronchus principalis dexter'in dört, bronchus principalis sinister'in iki bronchus'dan meydana geldiği, trachea'nın çapının 5 mm olduğu ve U şeklindeki cartilago trachealis'in sayısının 45-50 arasında değiştiği saptandı.
Twelve adult male rabbits were used to investigate the lung lobation and broncho-pulmoner segmentation. It was observed that there was no lobuli pulmonis on the facies externa of the both pulmones, pulmones formed 0.45% of the body weight and the ratio of pulmo dexter to pulmo sinister was aproximately 3/5. It was found that pulmo dexter and sinister are consisted of four and two lobes respectively and lobus caudalis was the largest part of the both pulmones. A single lobe as big as a chickpea was seen on the facies diaphragmatica of the pulmo dexter in four of the animals (33.3%). A sulcus was aproximately three mm dept which is lining from dorsal to ventrocaudal was observed on the facies medialis of the lobus caudalis of the pulmo sinister and a formation like a lamina on the lobus caudalis was seen due to this sulcus in five of the rabbits (41.6%). It was determined that bronchus principalis dexter and sinister consisted of four and two bronchus respectively; the diamater of the trachea was five mm and the number of U shaped cartilago trachealis was ranged from 45 to 50.
