| dc.description.abstract | Ülkemizde günden güne ertelenmiş ve giderek yapısal hale gelmiş olan sorunların çözümüne yönelik olarak farklı alanlarda önemli değişiklikler yapılmaktadır. Son dönemlerde yaşanan krizlerden sonra ekonomideki iyileşmeler, gündelik yaşama az da olsa yansımaya başlamıştır. Bundan dolayı küresel ölçekte yaşanan hızlı değişim ve önemli gelişmelere ülkemizin ayak uydurabilmesi ve rekabet imkanlarının arttırılması için gerekli yenilik ve çalışmalar başlatılmıştır. Bu çalışmaların içinde yer alan ürün piyasalarının geliştirilmesi ve bu çalışmalara uygun alt yapının oluşturulası Ticaret Bakanlığı’nın üzerinde hassasiyet gösterdiği konulardır. Bilindiği gibi, ürün piyasalarının gelişmiş ülkelerdeki gibi sağlam ve dinamik bir yapı oluşturabilmesi için üretimden tüketime kadar olan süreçte tüm aşamalarda birbirini tamamlayacak biçimde gerekli çağdaş kurumların oluşturulması zorunluluğu bulunmaktadır. Lisanslı depoculuk sistemi, bu alanda tarım ürünlerine dayalı olarak yapılmış ve ticareti kolaylaştıran önemli bir kurumsal alt yapıdır. Bu çalışmada lisanslı depoculuk sisteminin Türkiye'deki uygulanmasına yönelik çabalar bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak destekleme fiyat sisteminin işleyişinin nasıl olduğu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Aynı zamanda literatür taraması yapılıp, literatürde daha önce hiç yapılmamış olan muhasebe kayıtları hakkında bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In our country, significant changes are made in different areas in order to solve the problems that have been gradually postponed and have become increasingly structural. After the recent crises, the improvements in the economy have begun to reflect at least on daily life. For this reason, essential innovations and studies have been initiated in order for our country to keep up with the rapid changes and important developments on a global scale and to increase its competitiveness. The output markets included in these studies are the matters that the Ministry of Industry and Trade shows sensitivity in developing the output markets and creating the infrastructure suitable for these studies. Recognizedly, in order for our output markets to form a solid and dynamic structure as in developed countries, it is necessary to establish the necessary modern institutions in a way that complements each other in all stages from production to consumption. Licensed warehousing system is an substantial institutional infrastructure based on agricultural products and facilitating trade. In this study, information is given about the efforts to implement the licensed warehousing system in Turkey. Accordingly, how the support price system Works is another information given. Concerrently, it is aimed to make a literature review and to give information about accounting records that have never been done before in the literature. | en_US |
