Özet
Batılı bilim adamı ve sanatçıların ilgiyle izlediği kültürel değerlerimizden biri olan Mevlâna’nın tasavvuf ve semâ‘ anlayışı, çalışmalarımı sürdürdüğüm Çağdaş Seramik Sanatı alanında, bu konuya yönelmemize neden olmuştur. Mevlâna’nın Allah’a duyduğu aşk ve semâ‘, sadece İslam dünyasında değil, Batı ülkelerinde de ilgiyle izlenmektedir. ‘Devinimin Sonsuzluğunda Semâ‘’ başlığını kısaca açacak olursak, ‘devinim’, dairenin sonsuz dönme hareketini; ‘semâ‘’, Hz. Mevlâna’nın Allah’a duyduğu aşkla, O’na kavuşmada kendinden geçiş halini temsil eder. Seramiğin ana malzemesi olan toprak, su ile yoğrularak şekillendirilmiş, kurutulmuş ve ateşte pişirilerek son halini almıştır tıpkı aşkla şekillenen Mevlâna’nın Şems ile pişmeden kendisi olamayacağını ‘hamdım, piştim, yandım’ sözleriyle özetlemesi gibi. Hz. Mevlâna’nın tasavvuf ve semâ‘ yorumlamaları seramiklere yüzey kabartmaları ve üç boyutlu biçimler olarak aktarılmış, mumlar ve ney’le farklı ezgilere sahip müzik eşliğinde sanatseverlere sunulmuştur.
Mawlâna Jalâl al-Dîn R?m?, a popular religious poet whose works has been spectated by western artists, is one of our most important cultural values. That is why this present study aims to combine Mawlâna’s mysticism or sufi philosophy and dance in modern ceramics art. The study uses the phrases ‘movement’ to express the eternal whirlings of movement, and ‘Samâ‘-Sufî Dance’ which expresses Mawlâna’s swooning in pursuit of love for the God. In this study, clay, the main ingredient of ceramic, was molded with water and shaped. Then it was dried and put in the oven. It was like Mawlâna’s being fullness of himself with molded with Shams as he summarized in his famous words: “Immaturate I was, blossomed and aged.” The study intended to investigate the way of expression which can associate the philosophy of Mawlâna and the art of ceramic.
