dc.description.abstractFaaliyetlerin kontrol ve denetimi ile işletme yetenekleri arasındaki ilişkide örgüt ikliminin rolünün incelenmesi, bu çalışmanın temel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Ampirik özellikte hazırlanan bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Kocaeli bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren 21 farklı sanayi işletmesinden basit tesadüfi yöntemle yüz yüze görüşme metoduyla 527 adet geçerli anket elde edilmiştir. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler ilk olarak güvenilirlik, normallik, kapsam ve yapısal geçerlilik açısından incelenmiştir. Ardından yapılan açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri sonucu değişkenlere ait boyutların geçerlilikleri test edilmiştir. Korelasyon ve çoklu doğrusal bağlantı testlerinin ardından yapısal eşitlik modellemesi yol analizi kullanılarak değişkenler arası ilişki durumu incelenmiş olup önerilen ilk üç hipotezin desteklendiği görülmüştür. Araştırmanın dördüncü hipotezi olan düzenleyici değişken etkisi ise Process analiz yöntemiyle test edilmiştir. Çalışmada yapılan analizler sonucunda örgüt ikliminin, hem faaliyetlerin kontrol ve denetimi, hem de işletme yetenekleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu ve bu iki değişken arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyici bir rolünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study is to examine the role of organizational climate in the relation between control and auditing of operational activities and business capabilities. In this empirical study, a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. In this context, 527 valid questionnaires were obtained from 21 different industrial enterprises operating in the Kocaeli region by simple random method and face-to-face interview method. The data obtained from the questionnaires were first examined in terms of reliability, normality, content and structural validity. Afterwards, the validity of the dimensions of the variables was tested as a result of the explanatory and confirmatory factor analyzes. After correlation and multicollinearity tests, the relationship between variables was examined by using structural equation modeling path analysis and it was seen that the first three hypotheses proposed were supported. The fourth hypothesis of the research, the moderating variable effect, was tested with the Process analysis method. As a result of the analyzes made in the study, it has been determined that the organizational climate has a significant effect on both the control and auditing of operational activities and business capabilities and has a moderating role in the relationship between these two variables.en_US
