dc.description.abstractGiriş: Covid-19 pandemisi hemşirelik bakımında bireye özgü bakım gereksinimlerini arttırmaktadır. Bakımın, sistemli ve bilimsel yaklaşımla gerçekleştirilebilmesi için hemşirelik modellerine dayandırılarak hemşirelik süreci doğrultusunda planlanması, uygulanması ve değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, femur boyun kırığı olan, COVID-19 tanılı hastanın ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası, Roper Logan Tierney’in Günlük Yaşam Aktiviteleri Modeli doğrultusunda verilen hemşirelik bakımı ve sonuçlarının sunulması amaçlandı. Olgu Sunumu: Ateş, öksürük, balgam şikayetleri ve düşme nedeniyle acil servise getirilen 67 yaşında kadın hastada (H.G.), femur boyun kırığı tespit edildi. Yatışı sırasında Covid-19 PCR örneği pozitif olduğundan hastanın tedavi ve bakımı Covid-19 servisinde başlatıldı. İzolasyon sürecinde Covid-19 tedavi ve bakım uygulamaları gerçekleştirilen hasta, parsiyel kalça protezi girişimi için ortopedi kliniğine yatırıldı. Sonuç: Hastaya; “Akut Ağrı, Enfeksiyon Bulaştırma Riski, Düşme Riski, Sosyal İzolasyon, Bilgi Eksikliği, Gaz Değişiminde Bozulma, Etkisiz Solunum Örüntüsü, Beslenmede Dengesizlik: Gereksinimden Az, Enfeksiyon Riski, Öz Bakım Eksikliği Sendromu, Deri Bütünlüğünde Bozulma Riski, Beden Sıcaklığında Dengesizlik Riski, Fiziksel Harekette Bozulma, Basınç Yaralanması Gelişme Riski, Venöz Tromboemboli Gelişme Riski, Bireysel Baş Etmede Yetersizlik, Benlik Saygısında Rahatsızlık, Uyku Örüntüsünde Bozulma ve Ölüm Anksiyetesi tanıları koyuldu ve Günlük Yaşam Aktiviteleri Modeli doğrultusunda hemşirelik bakımı gerçekleştirildi.en_US
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: The Covid-19 pandemic increases the individual-specific care needs in nursing care. In order for care to be carried out with a systematic and scientific approach, it should be planned, implemented and evaluated in line with the nursing process, based on nursing models. In this case report, it was aimed to present the nursing care and outcomes of a patient with a femoral neck fracture diagnosed with COVID-19 before and after surgery, in line with Roper Logan Tierney's Activities of Daily Living Model. Case Report: Femoral neck fracture was detected in a 67-year-old female patient (H.G.), who was brought to the emergency room with complaints of fever, cough, sputum and falls. Since the Covid-19 PCR sample was positive during his hospitalization, the treatment and care of the patient was started in the Covid-19 service. The patient, whose Covid-19 treatment and care practices were performed during the isolation process, was admitted to the orthopedics clinic for partial hip replacement attempt Conclusion: To the patient; “Acute Pain, Risk of Infection Transmission, Risk of Falling, Social Isolation, Lack of Knowledge, Impaired Gas Exchange, Ineffective Respiratory Pattern, Nutritional Imbalance: Less Than Necessity, Risk of Infection, Self-Care Deficiency Syndrome, Risk of Skin Integrity, Risk of Imbalance in Body Temperature, Physical Impairment in Movement, Risk of Developing Pressure Injury, Risk of Development of Venous Thromboembolism, Inadequacy in Individual Coping, Disturbance in Self-Esteem, Disruption in Sleep Pattern and Death Anxiety were diagnosed and nursing care was carried out in line with the Daily Living Activities Model.en_US
