Özet
Bu çalışma, farklı kaynaklardan elde edilmiş 51 adet oturak ve 45 adet sırık fasulye genotipinin (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) morfolojik ve agronomik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Morfolojik tanımlamada UPOV parametreleri kullanılarak hazırlanmış bitki özellikleri (hipokotilde antosiyanin renklenmesi, hipokotilde antosiyanin renklenmesinin yoğunluğu, büyüme şekli, bitki gelişim şekli, bitki tipi, bitki boyu, bitki tırmanma hızı), yaprak özellikleri (yeşil renk yoğunluğu, buruşukluluk, uç yaprakçık büyüklüğü, uç yaprakçık şekli, uç yaprakçık uç uzunluğu), çiçek özellikleri (çiçeklerin yeri, taç yaprağın büyüklüğü, bayrak yaprak rengi, kanat rengi), meyve özelliklerinin (baklada genişlik, kalınlık, enine kesitin şekli, zemin rengi, zemin rengin yoğunluğu, ikinci rengin varlığı, ikinci rengi, ikinci renk beneklerinin yoğunluğu, kılçıklılık, eğrilik derecesi, eğrilme şekli, uç kısmının şekli (gagasız), gaga uzunluğu, gagada kıvrılma, yüzey yapısı) gözlem ve ölçümleri yapılarak kümeleme (cluster) analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonucu elde edilen dendrogramda oturak genotiplerin iki ana grup ve sekiz alt gruba; sırık genotiplerin ise iki ana guruba ve on alt gruba ayrıldığı görülmüştür.
This study was carried out to determine the morphological and agronomic characteristics of some 51 bush bean and 45 pole bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) genotypes. Plant characteristics (anthocyanin coloration of hypocotyls, intensity of anthocyanin coloration of hypocotyl, growth type, plant architecture, plant type, plant height, plant speed of climbing), properties of leaves (intensity of green colour, rugosity, terminal leaflet size, terminal leaflet shape, terminal leaflet lengt of tip), flower properties (inflorescences position, size of bracts, colour of flag leaf, colour of wing), fruit properties (pod length (excluding beak), width, thickness, shape in cross section, ground colour, intensity of ground colour, presence of secondary colour, secondary colour, density of flecks of secondary colour, stringiness of ventral suture, degree of curvature, shape of curvature, shape of distal part (excluding beak), length of beak, curley of beak, texture of surface) were determined and measured by using UPOV parameters and subjected to cluster analysis in morphological identification. In the dendrogram obtained from the analysis, bush bean genotypes were divided into two main and eight subgroups, and pole bean genotypes were also divided into two main groups and ten subgroups.
