I. Alaeddin Keykubad Dönemi bilim ve düşünce hayatı

Anadolu Selçuklu Devletinde bir dönüm noktası niteliğinde olan I. Alâeddin Keykubad devri her yönüyle incelenip araştırılması gereken bir dönemdir. Bu devrin en önemli özelliklerinden biri de bilim alanında kendini göstermektedir. Bu durum büyük ölçüde Alâeddin Keykubad'ın bilime ve bilim adamlarına gösterdiği ilginin sonucudur. Bu çalışmada Alâeddin Keykubad döneminde yapılan bilimsel çalışmalar ve bu dönemde telif edilen eserler tanıtılacaktır. Bununla beraber bu devirde yetişen bilim adamları ve faaliyetleri açıklanmak suretiyle devrin tarihine ışık tutulacaktır. Bir giriş üç bölüm bir de sonuç kısmından oluşan tezimizde Alâeddin Keykubad'ın ilmi kişiliğine ve ona sunulan eserlere özellikle değinilmiştir. Sonuç itibariyle, I. Alâeddin Keykubad devri; bilim, kültür ve sanat alanında büyük ilerlemelerin yaşandığı, sağlam bir toplumsal yapı ile birlikte yüksek bir medeniyetin oluştuğu dönem olarak tarihte büyük bir iz bırakmıştır.

The reign of Alaeddin Keyqubad I, which is a historical turning point in Anatolian Seljuk State, should be examined and investigated with all aspects. One of the most important characteristics of this period shows itself in the field of science. This situation is completely the result of the interest which was demonstrated in science and among scientists. İn this research, the scientific studies and copyrighted works which have been attributed to Keyqubad?s period, will be introduced. Moreover, the scientists who grew up in this period and their activities willl be explained so that the history of the period will be illuminated. Our thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a result. I have touched on Keyqubad?s scientific personality and the books which were presented to him. As a result, the reign of Alaeddin Keyqubad I, which influenced the history of Anatolian Seljuk State with a high civilization and strong social structure, left a great impression and a great progress in science, culture and art.
