| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Somali'nin sağlık sistemi ve harcamalarını OECD ülkelerinden Türkiye ile karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın materyali, konulara farklı açılardan bakan yoğun bir literatür taramasından oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada Somali Sağlık Sistemleri ve Harcamalarının OECD Ülkelerinden Türkiye ile Karşılaştırılması üzerindeki etkileri ile ilgili kitap, makale, resmî gazete ve yayınlar, ulusal ve uluslararası ilgili kurumların raporları gibi birçok yazılı belge araştırılıp değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma, her iki ülkenin de kamu ve özel sağlık hizmetlerinin bir birleşiminden oluşan sağlık sistemine sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Ancak, Somali'deki sağlık sisteminin büyük ölçüde özel sektöre, Türkiye’deki sağlık sisteminin ise ağırlıklı olarak kamu sektörüne bağlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. 2019 ve 2020'de, Türkiye sağlık harcamalarının sırasıyla 30.927,8 ve 33.324,2 milyon dolar olarak gerçekleştiği, Somali toplam sağlık harcamalarının ise 132,5 ve 125,3 milyon dolar ile Türkiye sağlık harcamalarına kıyasla çok düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmanın son iki yılına göre Somali'nin mevcut sağlık harcaması 125,8 milyon dolar ve 121,6 milyon dolar olurken, Türkiye'nin mevcut sağlık harcaması 28.959,5 milyon dolar ve 31.074,9 milyon dolar olmuştur. 2019 ve 2020'de sırasıyla, Somali'nin toplam sağlık harcamalarının GSYİH içindeki payı %2,62 ve %2,57 iken, Türkiye’nin ise %4,7 ve %5'tir. Mevcut sağlık harcamalarının GSYİH içindeki payı Somali'de %2,49 ve %2,19 olurken, Türkiye'de bu oran %4,34 ve %4,68 olduğunu açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışma aynı zamanda Somali'nin 2019 ve 2020'de kişi başına yılda sırasıyla 65,9 dolar ve 61,7 dolar harcadığını, Türkiye'nin ise sırasıyla 374,5 dolar ve 399,6 dolar harcadığını göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak, Somali'nin Türkiye'ye göre çok az miktarda sağlık harcaması yaptığı tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to compare Somalia's health care system and expenditures with those of Turkey from OECD countries. The material for this study consisted of an intensive literature review, looking at the topics from different perspectives. The study was examined and analyzed many written documents such as books, articles, official newspapers and publications, reports of national and international relevant institutions related to the Somali health systems and expenditures in comparison with Turkey from OECD countries. The study showed that both countries have health care systems that consist of a mix of public and private health care services. However, the difference is that health care system in Somalia is largely dependent on the private sector, while the Turkish health care system is mainly dependent on the public sector. Somalia's total health expenditure of $132.5 million and $125.3 million is very low compared to Turkey's health expenditure of $30,927.8 million and $33,324.2 million in 2019 and 2020, respectively. According to the last two years of the study, Somalia's current health expenditure was $125.8 million and $121.6 million, while Turkey's current health expenditure was $28,959.5 million and $31,074.9 million. On the other hand, Somalia's total health spending as a share of GDP is 2.62% and 2.57%, while Turkey is spending 4.7% and 5% in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Current health expenditure as a share of GDP in Somalia was 2.49% and 2.19%, while in Turkey it was 4.34% and 4.68%. This study also showed that Somalia spent $65.9 and $61.7 per person per year, while Turkey spent $374.5 and $399.6 per person per year in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Finally, it has been determined that Somalia spends very small number on health compared to Turkey. | en_US |
