Abstract
Hicrî üçüncü asrın sonları ve dördüncü asrın baslarından itibaren bir kısım mezhep mensubları, Hz. Peygamber'in 73 fırkayla ilgili hadislerini temel alan eserler te'lif etmişlerdir. Bunlardan biri de bizim çalışmamıza konu olan Nesefî'nin Kitabu'r- Red ale'l-Ehvâ ve'l-Bida' adlı eserdir. Bu eser, Mürciî geleneğe ait olması ve ilk dönem Firak eserlerinden içerik ve tasnif sistemi açısından farklı olması dolayısıyla önem arzetmektedir. Bu eserle beraber Mu'tezilî-Es'arî makalât geleneği dışında da farklı firak gelenekleri olduğu anlaşılmıştır. 73 fırka meselesi, hadis uydurulmasına varan istismarlara neden olan bir konudur. Nesefî de, eserinde birçok hadis kullanmış, ancak onların sıhhat değerleri ve kaynaklar hakkında bilgi vermemiştir. Böylece kitabın ilmi değerinin artacak ve istifade imkanı çoğalacaktır. Eser, giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Nesefî'nin hayatına değinilmiştir. Kaynaklarda fazla bir bilgi olmamasına rağmen müellif Nesef de doğmus ve H. 318 yılında vefat etmiştir. Altı kitabı bulunmaktadır. kinci bölümde ise, eserde geçen 216 hadisin tahricî yapılmıştır.
Deting from the end of the 3 rd century and at the beginnig of the 4 th century of the Hegira, some of the sects members Wright out Works which based on Prophet Muhammed (pbuh)'s hadith which is about 73 group one of them is Ebû Muti' en- Nesefi's work Kitabu'r-Red Ale'l-Ehvâ Ve'l-Bida' which is the subject of our study. His work is very inportant because it belongs to Mürcie tradition and it is different from the first period firaq works. Aspect of contend and classification system. By means of this work it is under stood that there is different firaq traditions from Mu'tezili-Es'ari makhalat tradition. 73 group is a case that is the hadith exploitation. Nesefi handles a lot of hadith in this work but he doesn't give information whether this hadiths belongs to Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) or not he doesn't give information about the sources which he used, too. We want to make takhric of the hadith he used and we want to establish whether this hadith belong to Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) or not. Thus the scientific value of the book increases and we profit from this work a lot. There are three parts in our study: ntroduction, first part and second part. In the first part, we talk about the life of Nesefi but we can't reach more information. He was born in Nesef and he died in 318 (Hegira). He has got six works. In the second part, we make the takhric of 216 hadith which we found.
