dc.description.abstractIn this study, total 324 laying hens were used. Hens were divided 9 groups to 3x3 factorial design. Three commercial laying hybrits groups were Hysex Brown (HB), Hyline W-77 (HY) and Babcock B-300 (BB) and 3 various limestone feeding groups were 8.5 % finely ground limestone (K), 8.5 % grit limestone (G) and 8.5% finely ground limestone + ad lib. grit limestone (+G). Laying performance and egg shell quality were measured during 12 months. Egg yield of +G was lower than the others (p<0.01). But significant interaction was found between hybrid and feeding groups (p<0.05). The negative effect of +G was not seen in HY group. Spesific gravity (SG) of +G was higher than other two groups (p<0.01). SG values were 1.086, 1.084, 1.087 g/cm3, respectively, in groups HB, HY, BB. Avarege egg weight of HB was the heaviest than the other two hybrids. +G group concumed more feed for 1 kg egg than K group, this values found as 2.00, 2.10, 2.15 kg, respectively, in K, G and +G groups. There were no significant differences in mortality rates among groups. As a result the positive effects of ad lib. grit limestone feeding was seen in HY hybrid, but in the other hybrids, ground limestone was given the best result.en_US
dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada her birinden 108' er adet olmak üzere toplam 324 adet 24 haftalık yaşta Hisex Brown (HB), Hyline W-77 (HY) ve Babcock B-300 (BB) yumurtacı hibrit tavuk kullanılmıştır. Her bir hibrit grubuna 3x3 faktöriyel deneme düzeni olacak şekilde 3 değişik uygulama grubu oluşturulmuştur. Uygulama gruplarından kontrol (K) grubu kalsiyum katılmamış normal ticari tavuk yemine % 8.5 mozaik tozu katılarak, grit (G) grubu aynı yeme % 8.5 grit şeklinde mozaik ilave edilerek ve ilave grit (+G) grubu K grubunda verilene ilave olarak ad libitum grit mozaik verilerek oluşturulmuştur. Deneme 12 ay boyunca sürdürülmüş ve gruplarda bazı performans özellikle- rine bakılmıştır. Deneme sonunda +G grubu diğer gruplardan önemli derecede düşük (P<0.01) yumurta vermiş- tir. Ancak uygulama ve hibrit grupları arasında yumurta verimleri ile ilgili olarak bir interaksiyon tesbit edilmiş (P<0.05) ve +G uygulamasının olumsuz etkisi HY hibritinde görülmemiştir. +G uygulamasından elde edilen yu- murta özgül ağırlıkları diğer iki gruba göre önemli derecede yüksek çıkmıştır. Özgül ağırlıklar HB, HY ve BB hibritlerinde sırası ile 1.086, 1.084 ve 1.087 g/cm³ olarak bulunmuştur (P<0.01). HB hibritinin yumurta ağırlığı diğer iki gruba göre yüksek çıkmıştır (P<0.01). Bir kg yumurta verimi için tüketilen yem miktarı +G grubunda diğer iki gruba göre daha fazla bulunmuş ve bu değer K, G ve +G uygulama gruplarında sırasıyla 2.00, 2.10 ve 2.15 kg olarak bulunmuştur (P<0.05). Gruplar arasında ölüm oranları bakımından fark bulunmamıştır. Sonuç olarak HY hibriti için +G uygulaması, diğer iki hibrit içinde K uygulamasının performansta olumlu etkileri görülmüştür.en_US
