| dc.description.abstract | Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ); istihdam yaratma, kalkınma sağlama, bölgesel dengesizliği giderme gibi faydalarıyla, tüm dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de piyasa ekonomisinde oldukça ön plana çıkmış durumdadırlar. Ancak ekonominin lokomotifi olarak nitelendirilen bu işletmelerin, gerek çıraklıktan yetişme veya pratik eğitimini almış, gerekse baba mesleği olarak işini sürdüren kişilerce yönetilmesi bazı yönetim sorunlarının yanında pek çok yapısal sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. KOBİ’lerin ekonomi için arz ettikleri öneme paralel olarak bir takım yapısal sorunlarının varlığı üzerinde durulması gereken bir konudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Şırnak ilinde faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin demografik özelliklerini belirleyerek onların yapısal sorunlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre söz konusu bölgedeki KOBİ’ler için çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Small-and Medium-scaled Enterprises (SME); has come into prominence in the market economy in Turkey as in whole world through such benefits as employment creation, enabling development, removal of regional instabilities. However, the management of these companies having the characteristics of a locomotive for the economy by either the ones coming from the apprenticeship or having practical experience, or the ones who follows his fathers vocational steps, brings some management problems besides many other constructional problems. In paralel with the importance of SMEs for the economy, the constructional problems are the points that should also be focused on. The aim of this study is to set forth the constructional problems of SMEs operating in Şırnak city through determining their demographic characteristics. Some solution offers for the SMEs in that region are tried to be presented according to the results of the analysis. | en_US |
