| dc.description.abstract | Dünyadaki tüm çatışmalar,ne kadar yerel, iki taraflı veya bölgesel olursa olsun esas olarak küresel koşulların etkilerine ve büyük güçlerin konumlarına ve çatışmayı arttırma, sınırlandırma veya durdurmadaki rolüne maruz kalmaktadır.Burada, Filistin ve Keşmir meselelerinin incelenmesinin önemi ve bu davaların, dünyadaki tüm sorunların çözümünü engellemenin temeli olan ve hala büyük güçlerin etkili çıkarların açık bir örneğini oluşturdu. Dolayısıyla, bu tür meselelerinin çözülmesinin temelinde, bu ülkelerin ve güçlerin çıkarlarının göz önünde bulundurulması ve araştırılması olduğu açıkça ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu nedenle bu çalışma, bu tür meselelerin araştırılması, uluslararası kuruluşların neden yarım asırdan daha uzun bir süreden beri bu sorunlara adil bir çözüm bulma konusunda başarısız olduklarına dair birçok soruyu cevapladı. Ayrıca bu çalışma, Büyük güçlerin hegemonyalarını empoze etmelerine olanak tanıyan ve kendi çıkarlarına uygun olan mevzuatları kabul edip, kendileriyle çelişenlerin ise meşruiyetini engelleyen Birleşmiş Milletlerin yapısındaki çelişkiye ışık tutulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Despite all world conflict issues appear as local, bilateral or regional, they all are subject to the influence of the global situation, the major powers' attitude towards them and their role in escalating, curtailing or stopping the conflict. And here appears the importance of shedding the light on the case of Palestine and Kashmir since they stand as a clear example of these interests that were and still the basis for obstructing the ending to all the world's issues .Thus, it becomes clear that the basis for resolving these issues is at looking at the interests of both the countries and the powers. Therefore, studying such issues was an answer for several questions about the reason behind the inability of the international organizations, over more than half a century, in putting an end to those issues, on one hand. On the other hand, it sheds the light on the imbalance of the structure of the United Nations which allows major powers to impose their hegemony and then legislating what suits their interests, and obstructing the legitimacy of what contradicts them. | en_US |
