This study was conducted in a descriptive-relationship-seeking manner to determine the relationship between genital self-image and sexual satisfaction levels of women of reproductive age. The sample of the study consisted of 526 women who used social media between 27.02.2023 and 13.12.2023 and participated in the survey by sharing the survey link. Data were collected using the Personal Information Form developed in line with the literature, the Female Genital Self-Image Scale (FGSIS) and the Female Sexual Satisfaction Scale (FSSS). One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), independent groups t test, and Pearson correlation analyzes were used to analyze the data. In this study, in which we examined the relationship between genital self-image and sexual satisfaction levels of women of reproductive age, FGSI was found to be lower compared to being a primary school graduate (p<0.00), having a poor weight perception or being obese (p<0.01), and being overweight with a BMI (p<0.02). Being married for five years or more (p<0.00), having an arranged marriage (p<0.004), having sexual intercourse three or more times a week (p<0.00), having a vaginal or episodic birth (p<0.00), having given birth twice or more (p<0.00) FGSI scores decreased depending on the situation (p<0.00) and having a bad relationship with the spouse (p<0.002). A decrease in FGSI was found depending on whether it was a follow-up center that performs aesthetic procedures (p<0.00) and whether it used social media for three hours or more per day (p<0.00). Seeing other female genitals (p<0.00), seeing female genitals from three or more sources (p<0.00), comparing with one's own genitals (p<0.00), having any aesthetic procedure (p<0.00), having aesthetic surgery on one's genitals FGSI scores decreased in direct proportion to the presence of friends who had the procedure done (p<0.00), the thought of having an aesthetic procedure on the genital organ (p<0.00) and the number of genital aesthetic procedures desired (p<0.00). The women participating in the research; It was determined that there was a decrease in FSSSscores depending on being a high school graduate (p<0.02), being married for six years or more (p<0.02), actively using social media (p<0.02) and the number of genital aesthetic procedures requested. As a result, it was determined that there was a low level positive significant relationship between the FGSI and FSS scales. In line with the data obtained in the research, it may be suggested that various studies be conducted on the current subject, in different groups and in different regions.
