| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Allium sect. Molium'ma mensup ikisi endemik üç tür morfolojik, anatomik, palinolojik ve tohum mikromorfolojisi özellikleri ortaya konmuştur. Morfolojik olarak bu üç tür, çalışılan bol miktarda örneğe dayalı olarak literatürdeki deskripsiyonlarıyla ve birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Anatomik olarak skap, pedisel, yaprak enine kesitleriyle, yaprak alt ve üst yüzeysel kesitleri üzerine çalışılarak her türün skap, pedisel ve yaprak anatomisi betimlenmiştir. Palinolojik olarak ışık mikroskobuyla polenlere ait sayısal özellikler belirlenmiş, elektro mikroskobuyla polenler için ekzin ornementasyonları tespit edilmiştir. Tohum mikromorfolojisi çalışmalarında steryo mikroskop yardımıyla tohumlara ait en ve boy ölçümleri alınmış, elektro mikroskop yardımıyla yüzey mikromorfolojisi belirlenmiştir. Çalışmalar sonucunda mevcut morfolojik farklılıkların yanı sıra türler arasında varyasyon gösteren ve türleri birbirinden ayırmada taksonomik değeri olduğu düşünülen anatomik ve tohum morfolojisi ile ilgili karakterler belirlenmiştir. Polen morfolojisinin ise Allium cinsinin genel palinolojik özelliklerini göstermekle birlikte, bu üç tür için taksonomik değerinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen tüm verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, Molium seksiyonuna mensup bu üç türden en son bilim dünyasına kazandırılan Allium ertugrulii'nin daha çok Allium isauricum'a benzerlik gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the morphological, anatomical, palynological and seed micro morphological three species belonging to Allium sect. Molium were executed. These three species were compared morphologically to their descriptions in literature and each other based on plenty of examples studied on. Scap, pedicel and leaf anatomy of all the species were described anatomically by studying on the soffit and surface layers of the sections of leaves with scap, pedicel and cross sections of leaves. The numerical features belonging to pollens were determined by light microscope, exine stratification for pollens were determined by electron microscope. The width and length measurements were taken through the instrument of stereo microscope, the surface micro morphology was determined through the instrument of electron microscope in the studies of seed micro morphology. At the end of the studies, the characters that show variations between genres and are supposed to have taxonomic value on identifying the genres and related to the anatomy and the seed morphology in addition to the current morphological differences were determined. Also it was determined that the pollen morphology has no taxonomic value for these three species while showing the general palynological features of Aliium type. It was ascertained at the result of evaluating the data acquired at the study that, Allium ertugrulii which was the last added to the science world of these three species belonging to Molium section, shares more similarities with Allium isauricum. | en_US |
