Özet
Paraduodenal herniler karın ağrısı ve intestinal obstruksiyonun nadir bir sebebidir. Yüksek mortaliteyle seyrettiği için erken ve doğru tanı önemlidir. Fizik muayenede spesifik bulgular olmaması nedeniyle preoperatif tanı ancak akla gelirse mümkün olur. Bu yazıda semptomatik ve komplike olmuş ve cerrahi girişim sonucu tanısı konmuş olan iki paraduodenal herni vakası takdim edildi ve literatür eşliğinde tartışıldı.
