Özet
bağlamında işlevleri de ortaya çıkmaya başlamıştır. Bunlardan birisi de müziğin törensel coşku işlevidir. Müziğin törensel coşku işlevi denilince, belki de akla ilk gelmesi gereken olgu, müziğin dini âyinlerde, dîni törenlerde kullanılması düşüncesidir. Dini âyin ve törenlerin başlıca öğesi olan müzik, gerçeğe ulaşmanın asıl yolunun aşk ve cezbe olduğuna inanılan topluluklarda veya belli bir dine, mezhebe mensup gruplarda oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Sözü edilen din veya mezheplerde, yapılan tören ve âyinlerde, inanılan fikir ve felsefelerin doğrultusunda, sözlerle de desteklenen besteler törensel coşkuyu simgelemektedir. Bu makalede din ve müzik olgularının bir araya gelerek, müziğin törensel coşku işlevinin ortaya çıkartılması ve Kitâb-ı Mukaddes’te yer alan törensel coşku ile ilgili âyet ve bâpların maddeler halinde sunulması üzerinde çalışılmıştır.
The functions of music have become more evident along with the existence of humankind (in terms of human-music relation). One of the functions music possesses is its ceremonious excitement. From this point of view, the first thing would come to mind is probably the idea of using music in religious rituals. Music, which is the primary component of religious rituals and ceremonies, exhibits significance in the societies who have faith in such orders and religions where it is believed that the idealism could be achieved through love and fascination. In these orders and religions, the rituals and ceremonies performed in accordance with the philosophies and ideas which are the objects of belief and the music supported with the lyrics symbolize the ceremonious enthusiasm. In this article, considering music and religion interaction, the listing of the chapters and the verses related to the ceremonious enthusiasm in the Holy Scripture and revealing the music’s influence on ceremonious enthusiasm are studied.
