Özet
Sanat sineması ana damar sinemadan farklı olan, ticari kaygı gütmeyen, izleyicisini düşünmeye sevk eden tematik bir yapıdır. Kendisine özgü yöntemleriyle izleyicisini düşünmeye sevk eden sanat sineması izleyicinin beklentisi odaklı ilerlemez. Durağan olan sanat filmleri edebi bir zevk uyandırır. Sanat filmlerinde ele alınan olaylarda verilmek istenilen mesajlar nesneler başta olmak üzere çağrışım yapılarak aktarılır. Sanat filmleri mesajlarını soyutsal yöntemle izleyicisine aktarır. Tolga Karaçelik’in yönettiği Sarmaşık filmi ele aldığı konuyu işleyiş biçimi ve tekniğiyle sanat sinemasına örnek teşkil eder. Sarmaşık’ın sanat sinemasına nasıl bir örnek oluşturduğunun incelendiği çalışmada film de verilmek istenen alt metinler de analiz edilmiştir. Karaçelik, filminde toplumdaki yöneten ve yönetilen ilişkisini ele almış, bu ilişkiyi altı erkek karakter üzerinden irdelemiştir. Filmde kadın karakter yoktur ama ‘kadınlaştırılan’ karakterler mevcuttur. Yönetici sınıf ve işçi sınıfının karakterlere indirgenerek anlatıldığı film de otoritesini kaybeden bir iktidar ve bunalımdaki halk gitmeyen bir gemide mahsur kalanlar olarak anlatılmıştır. Çalışma sanat sineması doğrultusunda “Sarmaşık” filminin incelenmesi açısından önemlidir. Film betimsel yöntemle analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Sarmaşık’ın ele aldığı konuyu işleme tarzıyla bir sanat filmi örneği oluşturduğu sonucuna varılır.
Art cinema is a thematic structure that differs from mainstream cinema in that it does not cause commercial concern and makes its audience think. Art cinema, which makes its audience think with its own unique methods, does not progress based on the expectation of the audience. Art films that are stationary evoke a literary taste. The messages that are wanted to be given in the events discussed in art films are conveyed by connotation, especially objects. Art films convey their messages to their audience in an abstract way. The film Sarmaşık, directed by Tolga Karachelik, is an example of art cinema with the way it handles the subject and the technique it deals with. In the study in which it is examined how Sarmaşık creates an example of art cinema, the sub-texts that would like to be given in the film have also been analyzed. Karachelik, in his film, discussed the relationship between the manager and the manager in society, examined this relationship through six male characters. There are no female characters in the film, but there are ‘feminized’ characters. The film, in which the ruling class and the working class are reduced to characters, is also described as a power that has lost its authority, and the depressed people are stranded on a ship that does not leave. The work is important for the study of the film “Ivy” in the direction of art cinema. The film was analyzed by descriptive method. In the study, it is concluded that Sarmaşık creates an example of an art film with the way of processing the subject he is addressing .
