| dc.description.abstract | Bu denemede Holstein ırkı 10 adet dişi buzağı kullanılmıştır. Buzağılara doğumu takip eden üçüncü günün sonunda oral elektrolit çözeltisi içirilmeye başlanmıştır. Buzağılar bireysel buzağı bölmelerinde barındırılmışlardır. 100 g elektrolit çözeltisi 500 ml ılık suda çözündürüldükten sonra buzağılara günlük olarak içirilmitir. Deneme için gruplar aşağıdaki gibi düzenlenmiştir: I. Kontrol Grubu : Bu gruptaki buzağılara oral elektroliz çözeltisi içirilmemiştir. II. Deneme Grubu : Bu gruptaki buzağılara 30 gün süreyle oral elektrolit çözeltisi içirilmiştir. Denemede kontrol ve deneme grupları 5’er adet dişi buzağıdan oluşturulmuştur. Deneme grubundaki buzağılar üç gün ağız sütü aldıktan sonra dördüncü günden itibaren elektrolit çözeltisi içirilmeye başlanmıştır. Buzağılara üç öğün (sabah, akşam, gece) süt verilmiş olup, elektrolit çözeltisi öğlen içirilmiştir. Denemede buzağılara 30 gün süreyle elektrolit çözeltisi içirilmiştir. Otuz günlük deneme süresi sonunda buzağıların canlı ağırlık, canlı ağırlık kazancı ve final canlı ağırlık/başlangıç canlı ağırlık oranları hesaplanmış, ayrıca deneme süresince sağlık durumları kayıt altına alınmıştır. Otuz günlük deneme sonunda buzağı beslemede uzun süreli elektrolit çözeltisi kullanımı canlı ağırlık, canlı ağırlık kazancı ve oransal canlı ağırlık artışı gibi büyüme parametrelerini istatistiksel olarak önemli seviyede etkilemiştir (p<0,05). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this trial 10 female Holstein calves were used. At the end of the third day following the birth, the calves were started to drink electrolyte solution. Calves were housed in individual calf pens. After dissolving 100 g of electrolyte solution in 500 ml of warm water, it was given to the calves to drink daily . The groups for the experiment were arranged as follows: I. Control Group: The calves in this group were not given oral electrolysis solution. II. Experimental Group: Calves in this group were given oral electrolyte solution for 30 days. In the experiment, control and experimental groups were formed from 5 female calves each. After the calves in the experimental group received colostrum for three days, electrolyte solution was started to drink from the fourth day . The calves were given milk for three meals (morning, evening and night) and the electrolyte solution was drunk at noon. In the experiment, the calves were given electrolyte solution for 30 days. At the end of the thirty-day trial period, the calves' body weight, body weight gain and final body weight/initial body weight ratios were calculated, and their health status during the trial was recorded. At the end of the 30-day trial, the use of long-term electrolyte solution in calf feeding had a statistically significant effect on growth parameters such as live weight, live weight gain and proportional live weight gain (p<0.05). | en_US |
