Özet
Uzman sistemler, pek çok karar verme işleminde kişilere yardımcı olarak kullanılabilir. Bu çalışmada, boğaz enfeksiyonlarının teşhis ve tedavisinde kullanılabilecek bir uzman sistem geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Geliştirilen sistemde veri tabanı motoru olarak Borland Database Engine kullanılmış ve uygulama Delphi programlama dili kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çıkarım motorunda geri zincir algoritması kullanılmıştır. Bilgi tabanında 76 kural bulunmaktadır. Geliştirilen uzman sistem, hekimlerin karar vermesinde, eğitilmesinde ve hasta bilgilerinin arşivlenmesinde kullanılabilir.
Expert systems uses help to person for many decision processes. In this study, it’s aimed to developed an expert system for diagnosed and treatment to throat infection. Developed system was used Borland Database Engine for database engine and programming environment was Delphi programming language. Inference engine was used backward chaining algorithm. Knowledge base was including 76 rules. Developed expert system can be use decision process and education of doctors and archives to patient person’s information.
