| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Iris cinsi Scorpiris altcinsinde bulunan türlerin (Iris aucheri (Baker) Sealy, I. caucasica Hoffm., I. pseudocaucasica Grossh., I. nezahatiae Güner & H.Duman (Endemik), I. stenophylla Hausskn. & Siehe ex Baker (Endemik), I. galatica Siehe (Endemik) ve I. persica L.) kök ve yaprak anatomilerinin sistematik açıdan öneminin anlaşılması için çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda, kökteki eksodermisin belirgin olup olmaması, korteks parankiması hücrelerinin tabaka sayıları, protoksilem kolları ve metaksilemin sayıları ile yapraktaki mezofil dokusunu oluşturan parankimatik hücrelerin tabaka sayılarının taksonomik öneme sahip olduğu görülmüştür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the root and the leaf anatomy of Iris subgenus Scorpiris species (Iris aucheri (Baker) Sealy, I. caucasica Hoffm., I. pseudocaucasica Grossh., I. nezahatiae Güner & H.Duman (Endemic), I. stenophylla Hausskn. & Siehe ex Baker (Endemic), I. galatica Siehe (Endemic) and I. persica L.) were studied in order to understand the importance of characters for systematic purposes. At the end of the study, it was seen that the presence or absence of the exsodermis, the number of cortex parenchyma layers, protoxylem arcs and the numbers of metaxylem in the root and the number of parenchyma layer of the leaf blade in the leaf had taxonomical significance. | en_US |
