| dc.description.abstract | 795 NUMARALI TEMETTUAT DEFTERİ'NE GÖRE KIRŞEHİR MERKEZ KAZASI SOSYO-EKONOMİK DURUMU(1250/1834-35) Murat GÜNÇIKTI Selçuk Üniversitesi, Tarih Anabilim Dalı Yüksek Lisans Tezi, 189 Sayfa, Ocak 2010 Danışman: Doç. Dr. Hilmi BAYRAKTAR Osmanlı Devleti'nde Tanzimat Fermanı'na giden süreçte ve Tanzimat Fermanı'nın ilanından sonra , devleti içinde bulunduğu çöküntüden kurtarmak için önemli reformlar yapılmıştır.Adil bir vergi sisteminin oluşturulması da bu reformlardandır.Bu bağlamda yeni sayımlara ihtiyaç duyulmuş ve Temettuat dediğimiz sayım sistemi doğmuştur. Bu çalışma, 795 numaralı Kırşehir Temettuat Defteri'ni incelemeye almıştır.Temettuat defterlerinin ortaya çıkışı, özellikleri, içeriği ve 795 numaralı defterin genel yapısı konu ve kaynaklar kısmında incelenmiştir.Kırşehir'in coğrafi yapısı , tarihi geçmişi ise giriş bölümünde yer almaktadır.Bu tez çalışması 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır.I. Bölüm'de Kırşehir'in İdari yapısı, II. Bölüm'de Kırşehir'in sosyal yapısı, III. Bölüm'de Kırşehir'in iktisadi yapısı ve IV. Bölüm'de ise 795 numaralı Temettuat Defteri'nin tablolaştırılmış transkripsiyonu yer almaktadır.Bütün bölümlerde bilgiler kullanılan tablo ve grafiklerle somutlaştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda, Kırşehir'in idari, sosyal ve iktisadi yapısıyla ilgili olarak ortaya çıkan bulgular değerlendirilmiş ve somut olarak sayısal verilerle açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS OF CENTRAL DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE KIRŞEHİR ACCORDING TO INCOME REGISTER NO.795(1250/1834-35) Murat GÜNÇIKTI Selçuk Unıversity, Department of Hıstory Master Thesis, 189 Pages, January 2010 Supervısıng Assocıate Professor Dr. Hilmi BAYRAKTAR Important reforms were carried out in order to prevent the depression which the Ottoman Empire experienced until the Reforms Edict, was declared and after the reforms Edict were declared.One of these administrative reforms was the formıng of a fair tax system.In this context, new censuses were needed and a new census system which was called ?Income Register? was born. Income Regıster No. 795 has been searched with this study. The formıng of the ıncome register, the attributions, the content and the general structure of the Income Register no. 795 have searched in the chapters of subject and resources. The general feautures of Kırşehir such as geographical and historical features have been explained in the introductory chapter. There are four man chapters in this thesis study. İn the first chapter the admınıstratıve structure of Kırşehir , in the second chapter the socıal structure of Kırşehir , in the third chapter the economical structure of Kırşehir have been explained and tabulated transcription of the Income Regıster No. 795 has a part in the fourth chapter. It has been tried to be concretized all the information with the tables and graphics in all chapters. The findings which have come forward related to the admınıstratıve, socıal and economıcal structures of Kırşehir have been evaluated and it has been tried to be explained with the numeric datum in a concrete way at the end of this study. | en_US |
