Özet
Bu tezde, tasarım ilkelerini araştırmak, bu tasarım ilkeleri ışığında orta ölçekli sanayi yapıları örneklemelerinin analizlerini yaparak, bu sınıftaki sanayi yapılarının üretim aksamasına yol açan ve iş veriminin düşmesine neden olan sorunlarını ve çözüm önerilerini tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada sanayi tarihi, sanayileşme süreci, Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri ve sanayi yapıları tasarım ilkeleri anlatılmış, örneklem alan Konya'da, III. Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde yer alan ve tasarım kriterleri ile görsel etki açısından mimari niteliği olan, üç adet sanayi yapısının planlama ilkeleri analiz edilmiş, maksimum verimli bir sanayi yapısında olması gereken koşullar saptanmıştır. Sonuçta, orta ölçekte üretim yapan işletmelerin yanlış planlama sonucu ortaya çıkan sorunları ve bu sorunların kaynakları üzerinde durularak, çözüm önerileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
In this thesis, to explore the design principles, the design principles in light of medium-sized industrial structure by analysis of samples, in this class to hinder the production of industrial structures and business efficiency that led to fall that causes the problems and solutions are intended to identify. Industrial history of the study, the process of industrialization, Organized Industrial Zone and the industrial structure explain the design principles, and sampling area in Konya, III. Organized Industrial Zone in the architecture and design criteria in terms of quality and visual impact, which three of the industry structure is the analysis of planning policy, the maximum efficiency of the requirements of an industrial structure that has been identified. As a result, medium-scale enterprises that produce the wrong result, emerging planning issues and focus on the source of this problem, the solution was to develop recommendations.
