Abstract
Hetero halkalı bileşikler, yapılarında azot, oksijen, kükürt gibi hetero atomlar içerir. Bu bileşikler ilaç moleküllerinin farmakofor guruplarında bulunur. Bu yüzden kinazolinon iskeleti de önemli bir farmakofor moleküldür. Kinazolinonlar biyolojik aktiviteye sahip olduğu bilinen bileşiklerdir. Bu araştırmada antimikrobiyal etkilerinin incelenmesi amacıyla, antranilik asitten çıkılarak bazı 4(3H)-kinazolinon türevleri 1-5 ve 7-8 sentezlenmiştir. Hedeflenen bileşikler literatürler doğrultusunda tek aşama metodu ile sentezlenmiş, sentezlenen bileşikler ince tabaka kromatografisi ile takip edildikten sonra, yapıları erime noktası, UV-vis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR ve elementel analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak belirlenmiş ve bazı Gram negatif ve Gram pozitif bakterilere karşı etkileri incelenmiştir.
Heterocyclic compounds contain the atoms of elements such as nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur as ring members. These compounds create the pharmacophore grups of a drug molecule. Therefore quinazolinone skeleton is an important pharmacophore grup. Quinazolinones which are known as biologically active compounds. İn this study some quinazolinone derivatives 1-5 and 7-8 have been synthesized starting from anthranilic acid in order to investigate their biological activities. Target compounds have been synthesized by using one-pot method. Synthesized compounds were followed by thin layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by UV-vis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and elemental analyses methods and their effects against some Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria have been investigated.
