Özet
Türk milleti tarihe çıkışından bu yana devlet kavramını hep önemsemiştir. Onlar gittikleri her yerde diğer halklar üzerinde hâkimiyet kurmuşlardı.
The Turkic peoples have always emphasized on the concept of the state since their emergence in history. They established their sovereignty on local people wherever they went. The necessity of “horse-nomadic” lifestyle demanded them to be always ready to invade and fight. This is why the Turks turned these living conditions into opportunities and grew up as powerful heroes. As the Turks who shielded their chest against the extreme conditions of the Middle Asian steppes’ nature seemed to be constantly on military training. That is why the Turks who accepted Islam, became the most powerful forces of Islam by breathing a new spirit into Islam. Therefore, the world of Islam, which was declining, was able to experience a brilliant period with the Seljuqs. Many of the Oghuz Turkmens, who formed the basis of the Seljuk Empire, flooded westwards in the form of large migrations. Some of these migrations took place by the Oghuz Turks, who emigrated from their homeland to the land of Sultan Sanjar under the pressure of the domestic rules. The Oghuz Turks who formed the foundation of the Seljuk government caused the fall of this government as well. Malik Dînar, whose grandfather was "Kol Beyi”, was among these Oghuz Turks. However, a large group of Oghuz Turks were dispersed after the collapse of the Seljuk Empire, but another group of them, with the arrival of the Malik Dînar, was able to establish a new government. Research on the personality of Malik Dînar, who was the head of government, is extremely limited. By examining Malik Dînar’s historical character, the history of Oghuz Turks that have been in Kerman can also be clarified. Our research will study the character of Malik Dînar as a hero and president of government.
