Özet
Foreign students encounter difficulties to learn our language which is coming from the "Ural-Altaic language family" and which is an agglutinating language. It is true that learning Turkish language is more difficult compared to the other languages due to its structural and semantic features as well as its forms of use. In this way, with the aim of contributing to the simplification of learning Turkish language, the TOMER center at Selcuk University carries out some activities. In one of these activities, the foreign students were asked to express their satisfaction in their studies and identify the difficulties they faced. Based on the questionnaires applied in the study, the satisfaction of the students of TOMER in learning Turkish as a foreign language was taken into consideration and accordingly new orientations and strategies were developed.
