Özet
Bu çalışmada p-t-bütilkaliks[4]aren kiral altı yeni amin ve imid türevi (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 16); 25, 27-Bis(3-bromopropoksi)- 26,28-dihidroksi-5,11,17,23- tetra-t-butil kaliks[4]aren (2), 25,27- Bis (4-bromobutoksi)- 26,28- dihidroksi- 5,11,17,23-tetra -t-butil kaliks[4]aren (3), 5,11,17,23-tetra-t-bütil-25,27 dietoksikarbonilmetoksi-26,28-dihidroksi kaliks[4] aren (14) ile R-(-)- siklohekzil etilamin, S-(+)- siklohekzil etilamin, tartarik asit, (3S,4S)-1-N-benzil-3,4-dihidroksipirolidin-2,6-dion ve L-pirolin metilesteri ile tepkimeye sokularak elde edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen tüm reaksiyonlar İTK ile izlenmiş ve elde edilen ürünler kolon kromatografisi ile saflaştırılarak yapıları IR ve 1H NMR, 13C NMR ve FAB MS teknikleriyle aydınlatılmıştır.
In this study, six novel chiral imide and amine derivatives of p-t-butylcalix[4]arene (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 16) have been synthesized from the reaction of 25, 27-Bis(3-bromopropoxy)- 26,28-dihydroxy-5,11,17,23- tetra-t-butyl calix[4]arene (2), 25,27- Bis (4-bromobutoxy)- 26,28- dihydroxy- 5,11,17,23-tetra -t-butyl calix[4]arene (3), 5,11,17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25,27 diethoxycarbonylmethoxy-26,28-dihydroxy calix[4] arene (14) with R-(-)- cyclohexylethylamine, S-(+)- cyclohexyl ethylamine, tartaric acide, (3S,4S)-1-N-benzyl-3,4-dihydroxypyrrolidine-2,6-dion and L-pyroline methylester. The reactions were monitored by TLC and pure compounds were obtained after crystallysation, column chromatography or both. The structures of synthesized compounds were identified by IR, 1H NMR 13C NMR and FAB MS measurements were also included.
