Kayıt dışı ekonomi`nin ekonomik büyümeye etkisi: Türkiye örneği (1980-2005)

| dc.description.abstract | Günümüz ekonomilerinin önemli sorunlarından birisi olan kayıt dısı ekonomi, nedenleri, sonuçları ve isleyisi bakımından karmasık ve çok boyutludur. Bu sebeple, kayıt dısı ekonominin kayıt altına alınması hem gelismekte olan ülkeler için hem de gelismesini tamamlamıs ülkeler için çözüm getirilmesi gereken bir sorun olmaktadır. Kayıt dısı ekonomi, ya hiç belgeye baglanmayarak, ya da içerigi gerçegi yansıtmayan belgelerle, gerçeklestirilen ekonomik olayın (alım-satım), devletten ve isletme ile ilgili öteki kisilerden (ortaklardan, alacaklılardan, kazanca katılan isçilerden vb.) tamamen ya da kısmen gizlenerek, kayıtlı (resmi) ekonominin dısına tasınmasıdır. Sermaye sürecinde istihdam yaratma özelligi, gelir dagılımını düzenlemesi kaynakları verimli alanlara kaydırarak ekonomide verimlilik ve etkinligi saglaması, ekonomiye düsük maliyetlerle rekabet etme sansını vermesi ve bu sebeplerle ekonomiye dinamizm vermesi gibi yönleri ile bakıldıgında kayıt dısı ekonomi issizlik oranının düsük gerçeklesmesini saglayarak yüksek issizlik oranı nedeni ile olusabilecek sosyoekonomik sorunların azaltılmasını saglayabilecektir. Türkiye'de kayıt dısı ekonominin ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki etkisine bakıldıgında kısa vadede ne kadar olumlu gözükse de uzun vadede büyüme üzerinde negatif etkilere sahip oldugu tespit edilmistir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Underground economy that has been one of the most important problems of today?s economies is very complex and multidimensional in respect of its reasons, results and and functioning. Therefore, fettering underground economy has been problem that must be solved both by developing countries and by developed countries. Underground economy means to carry economic fact (buying and selling) that is performed without being connected to any document or with the document which does not reflect the truth, away the registered (official) economy by hiding it from government and other people relative to enterprise (partners, creditors, workes who participaes in profit etc) When looking at it with some aspects, such as its feature of job creation in in capital process, coordinating income distribution, providing productivity and efficiency in economy by orienting resources to the productive areas, giving competition chance to economy with low cost and thus delivering dynamism to economy, underground economy could be able to provide decrease of socio-economic problems that would be caused by high rate of unemployment by insuring the low unemployment rate. When looking at influence of underground economy on economic growth in Turkey, it was determined that it has negative affects on growth in the long-term, although it seems to be so positive in the short-term. | en_US |
