Özet
Bilindiği gibi, ısı değiştiricilerinin ısıl yüzeylerini artırmak için kanatlı borular kullanılır. Fakat yoğuşmalı kazanlarda bu tip boruların ömrü kısadır. Gıda sektöründe kullanılan ısı değiştiricilerinde Krom-Nikel paslanmaz sac kullanılır. Bu sektörde tüm kullanılan borular dairesel formda olup, boyutları büyük ve imalatları daha kolaydır. Bu çalışmada daha küçük hacimli, ömrü daha uzun, tüm ısı değiştiricilerinde kullanılabilecek genişletilmiş ısıl yüzeyli ve kendinden kanatlı slot formda helisel boru imalatı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Boru imalatı için rulo halinde gelen paslanmaz sac bir doğrultucudan geçtikten sonra, slot forma getirilmek için bir roller formdan geçirilir. Slot forma getirilen borular TIG kaynağı ile birleştirilerek istenilen boyutta kesilirler. Çapakları temizlenen borular, taşıma robotu ile bükme ünitesine getirilerek, bu ünitede istenilen çapta ve adımda kılıcına bükülerek, helis boru elde edilir.
As known, the finned pipes are used to increase the thermal surfaces of heat exchangers. The life times of these kinds of pipes are shorter in condensing boilers. The stainless-steel heat exchangers are used in food sector. All pipes are in circular or oval form, and their productions are easier and their dimensions are bigger. In this study, the production of helical pipes in slot form will be realized. These pipes have the extended thermal surface, the distinctive fins, the longer lifetime, and the smaller volume. The helical pipes to be produced will be used in all heat exchangers. The production of these helical pipes in slot form will be realized by the following way. Stainless-steel sheet metal in roll form is passed through the straightening machine, and then is passed through the roller form. The pipe obtained in slot form is welded by TIG. The pipes dimensioned and cleaned up are brought by transport robot in to the bending unit, and the final product is obtained in this unit.
