Özet
Tezde, Endülüs'te hadisin gelişim süreci ve İbnü'l-Harrât el-İşbîlî'nin hadis ilmindeki yeri ele alınmıştır. Endülüs hadisçiliği ve İbnü'l-Harrât'ın hadis ilmindeki konumu incelenirken Endülüs Tarihi de kısaca zikredilmiştir.Çalışmada, Endülüs'te hadis ilminin geçirdiği evreleri tespit etme amaçlanmıştır. Dolayısıyla bu evrelerin belli bir kısmında yaşamış olan İbnü'l-Harrât'ın hadisçiliği incelenmiştir. Tezde hem Endülüs'te hadis ilminin geçirdiği gelişimi, hem de İbnü'l-Harrât'ın hadisçiliği tespit edilmiştir.Tezde kaynaklardan bilgi toplama, değerlendirme ve analiz etme yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Çünkü hem Endülüs hadisçiliği, hem de İbnü'l-Harrât'ın hadis ilmindeki yeri incelenirken meseleye ışık tutan kaynakların gözden geçirilmesi ve değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Çünkü her bir kaynak meselenin bir tarafını kendi bakış açısına göre ele almaktadır. İbnü'l-Harrât'ın hayatı ve hadisçiliği ele alınırken eserlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmalarında genellikle rivayetler yer almaktadır. Rivayetlerin zikredildiği çalışmalarda ravi ve rivayetler hakkında farklı görüşler olduğu için, analiz ve değerlendirmelere ihtiyaç vardır. Tezde ravi ve rivayet incelemelerine önem verilmektedir. Bu meyanda İbnü'l-Harrât'ın hadisçilik yönüne eleştiriler yapılmıştır. Söz konusu eleştirilerin en önemli kısmının İbnü'l-Kattân'dan geldiğini zikretmek gerekmektedir. Bir mesele hakkında bütün görüşlerin belirtilmesi meseleyi daha net ele almayı sağlayacağı için farklı görüşlere de değinilmiştir.Çalışma sonucunda, Endülüs hadis gelişim sürecinin üç aşamadan oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar hadis ilminin giriş, gelişme ve zayıflama dönemleri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. İbnü'l-Harrât'ın özellikle üç ahkâmının olup-olmadığı tartışmaları araştırılarak her üç eserin de farklı olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Onun hadis ilminde kendisine has uygulama ve çalışmalar yaptığı tespit edilmiştir. Yaptığı çalışmalardan dolayı birçok âlimin takdirini kazandığı anlaşılmıştır.Tez, Endülüs'te hadis ilminin gelişim sürecini tespit etme ve İbnü'l-Harrât'ı ve hadis ilmindeki yerini tanıma imkanı sağlamıştır.
This study aims to explain the development process of hadith in Andalus and the importance of İbn Harrât al-Isbîlî?s hadith learning. İt is also mentioned the history of Andalus while being excamined the place of hadith learning in Andalus and Ibn Harrât?s. This study also aims to determine the undergoing periods of hadith learning in Andalus. So it is studied the hadith learning of Ibn Harrât who lived in some of these periods. It is determined both the development process of hadith learning in Andalus and the his place of hadith learning in Ibn Harrât al-Isbîlî.In this study it is adopted the methods of information gathering, analizing and evaluation from different sources. İt is required to revişe and evaluate the sources shed light on the matter whereas both Andalus?s and the positionof Ibn Harrât?s hadith leaving are examinated for why each resorurce has a different point of view on the matter.İt is benifited from the Works of Ibn Harrât in order to examine the life and the hadith learning of him. It is usually included rumours in his Works. Since there are different points of views on rumours of his Works, it is needed another analysis and evaluation. This study gives importance to analysis of rumours. In this sense ıt is animadverted on the hadith learning of Ibn Harrât. It is worth to say that Ibn Kattân is one of these people who critisized Ibn Harrât severely. Different points of views takes place in this study for being examined the matter in details.It is determined that the development process of hadith ın Andalus consists of there stages at the conclusion of this study. These stages are introduction development and decline parts of hadith learning. İt is also concluded each Works has completely different from each other after being examined whether he has especially there judgments. İn this study we have concluded that he has special studying and applications in hadith learning and he has was appreciated by most of the scholars because of his Works. This study enables to find out the development process of hadith learning in Andalus and know Ibn Harrât and his place in hadith learning.
