dc.description.abstractÇalışma kapsamında “Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi’nde Bulunan 15. ve 16. Yüzyıl Osmanlı Padişahlarına Ait Bazı Kılıçların Tezyînât Açısından İncelenmesi” ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada tezyini açıdan zengin olan yirmi adet kılıç incelenmiş, kılıçların üzerinde bulunan tezyinat, çizilerek analizi yapılmıştır. Kompozisyon düzeni, motifleri, uygulama teknikleri ve kullanılan boya tespit edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın ilk bölümünde, araştırmanın genel tanımı, kullanılan yöntem ve konu ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalara, ikinci bölümünde ise incelemiş olduğumuz kılıçlara ev sahipliği yapan Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi ve kılıçların sergilendiği mekân hakkında bilgiye yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümünde konumuz olan kılıçlar hakkında genel bilgiler, dördüncü bölümünde ise 15 ve 16. yüzyıl Osmanlı İmparatorluğu döneminin sanat özellikleri hakkında bilgi yer almaktadır. Araştırmanın beşinci bölümünde tezyini sanatlar ve kılıç tezyinatında kullanılan bezeme unsurları hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde tezyinatları incelenen kılıçların gözlem fişleri oluşturulmuş, kompozisyon, motif ve desen içerisindeki renk değerlerinin çizilerek analizi yapılmış, gözlem fişlerine detaylı bir şekilde aktarılmıştır. Yedinci bölümde, ele alınan kılıçların tezyini açıdan incelenmesi sonucu elde edilen verilerin tablolar üzerinden değerlendirilmesi, sekizinci bölümde ise sonuç kısmı yer almıştır. Kullanılan kaynakların sunulduğu kaynakça ile çalışma tamamlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda 15 ve 16. yüzyıl Osmanlı Padişahlarının kılıçları incelenmiş, dönemin sanat özelliklerinin maden sanatına da incelikle uygulandığı tespit edilmiştir. Kılıç üzerindeki tezyinatla birlikte kılıcın Türk’ler için önemi de vurgulanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractWithin the scope of the study, " The Investigation of Swords of the 15th and 16th Century Ottoman Sultans in the Topkapı Palace Museum in Terms of Ornamentation" is discussed. In the research, twenty swords, which are rich in ornamentation, were examined and the ornamentation on the swords were analyzed by drawing. The composition order, motifs, application techniques and the paint used were determined and evaluated. In the first part of the research, the general definition of the research, the method used and the studies on the subject, and in the second part, information about the Topkapı Palace Museum, which hosts the swords we have examined, and the place where the swords are exhibited are given. In the third part, there is general information about our subject, swords, and in the fourth part, information about the art features of the 15th and 16th century Ottoman Empire period. In the fifth part of the research, general information is given about the decoration arts and the decoration elements used in sword decoration. In the sixth chapter, the observation cards of the swords whose ornaments were examined were created, the color values in the composition, motif and pattern were analyzed by drawing, and they were transferred to the observation cards in detail. In the seventh chapter, the evaluation of the data obtained as a result of the examination of the swords in terms of decoration, through the tables, and the conclusion part in the eighth chapter. The study has been completed with the bibliography in which the sources used are presented. In our study, the swords of the 15th and 16th century Ottoman Sultans were examined, and it was determined that the artistic features of the period were applied gracefully to the metal art. Along with the decoration on the sword, the importance of the sword for the Turks was also emphasized.en_US
