dc.description.abstractİlahi vahyin son aşaması Kur'an-ı Kerimdir. Bu tartışma götürmez en büyük hakikattir. Bu büyük hakikat kitabının son halkalarından biri olan Mâide Sûresi, nihai teklifler bütünü olarak sunulmuştur. Bu eşsiz sureden sonra hüküm ifade eden başka bir surede gönderilmemiştir. Bu tez çalışması giriş ve üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölüm; Mâide Sûresinde Bireysel Kuralları, İkinci Bölüm; Mâide Sûresinde Toplumsal Kuralları, Üçüncü Bölüm; Kur'an perspektifinde kişisel ve toplumsal kuralların değerlendirilmesini içerir. Giriş bölümünde, Konulu Tefsir hakkında kısaca bilgi verildikten sonra, birinci bölümde Bireysel kurallar Kur'an ayetleri ve tefsirler ışığında işlenmiştir. Ayrıca bireyin dini, sosyal ve kültürel hayatında dikkat etmek zorunda olduğu kurallara yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde sosyal kurallar işlenirken, toplumun temelini oluşturan sosyal adalet ve hukuk ilkeleri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Son bölümde ise sure çerçevesinde işlenen bireysel ve toplumsal kurallar değerlendirilmiştir. Yaratılışa uygunluğu, süreklilik göstermesi, eğitici ve görsel oluşu, ahlaki, evrensel ve yapıcı ilkeler olması açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmamız sonuç ve bibliyografya ile sona ermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractQuran is the last phase of divine revelation. This is the greatest unassailable reality. Sura of Maide, one of the last link of this great real book, is presented as all of final bids. After this unique sura, another provision stated has not been submitted. This study of thesis consists of three sections. In the first section, In Sura of Maide individual rules has been examined and also in the second section In Sura of Maide social rules has been examined. The third section also consists of evaluated individual and social rules in the perspective of Quran. In the introduction a brief about subjectly interpretation. Then individual rules has been worked in the light of Quran verses and interpretations. Furthermore it has been refered to rules obligation to consider in religious, social and cultural life of person. While social rules were being worked, it was tried to examined for social justice and legal principles forming basis of community.In the last section, it has been evaluated individual and social rules worked in the context of sura. In addition to this, it has been evaluated in the way of suitability to the creation, persistance requirement and being educational-visual-ethic-universal and constructive principle. Our study culminates in the conclusion and bibliography.en_US
