Özet
Bu çalışma, Glomus intraradices (Gi) ve Gigaspora margarita uygulamalarının değişik kurşun dozlarında yetiştirilen Kemer patlıcan çeşidi fidelerinde fide gelişim parametreleri ve bitki besin elementlerindeki değişimleri ortaya koymak amacıyla Selçuk Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü Araştırma Seraları ve laboratuarlarında 2010 yılında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, mikorizalı (Gi ve GM' li) ve mikorizasız koşullarda, beş farklı Pb konsantrasyonu (0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 400 ppm, 800 ppm) denemeye konu olu?turmu?tur. Ara?tırmada her parselde 250 ml hacimli drenajsız plastik saksı ve her saksıda bir fide olmak üzere 20 bitki kullanılmış ve araştırma 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Sonuç olarak iki mikoriza türünün fidede yaprak sayısı, sürgün yaş ağırlığı, fide kök yaş ağırlığı, fide kök kuru ağırlığı, fide sürgün kuru ağırlığında azalmasına neden olmuştur. Fidede N, Pb, kökte N ve Ca değerleri yüksek çıkmıştır. Gm türünün gerçek yaprak görünme süresine, hipokotil uzunluğuna, kotiledon genişliğine, kotiledon uzunluğuna, fide sürgün çapına, fidede N, Pb ve Ca içeriğine olumlu etkilerin olduğu görülmüştür. Gi mikoriza türünde ise fidede P, Pb, K ve Kökte N, K ve Pb içeriğine etkilerine olumlu etkilerin olduğu görülmüştür. Kökte P içeriğine etkileri mikoriza türlerinin kontrolle arasında fark yoktur. Yaptığımız çalışmada mikoriza türlerin patlıcan fidesinin gelişimi ve bitki besin elementi içeriklerine etkilerinin olumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Bitki gelişimine Gm türünün, Gi'ye göre daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Besin elementlerinde de her iki mikoriza türünün de etkili olduğu saptanmıştır.
This study was conducted to determine the effects of Glomus intraradices and Gigaspora margarita applications on changes in plants nutrients and seedling development parameters in Kemer eggplant cultivar seedling grown at Selçuk University Agricultural Faculty Experimental Greenhouse under different lead doses media in 2010. Present study was carried out in with a capacity of 250 ml plastic pots that had without drainage conditions with 3 replications. The each plot had 20 pots and each pot had one plant.In the research, five different Pb concentrations of 0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 400 ppm, 800 ppm were applied with and without mycorrhiza (Gi and Gm) conditions. As a result seedlings of two mycorrhizal species, the number of leaves, shoots the age weight, age root weight of seedling, root dry weight of seedlings, seedling shoot dry weight reduction caused by. Seedlings in the N, Pb, N and Ca levels were higher in roots. Real-time visibility of its kind to Gm leaves, hypocotyl length, cotyledon width, cotyledon length, seedling shoot diameter, shoot N, Pb and Ca content was found to be positive effects. Mycorrhizal seedlings in the gi of type P, Pb, K and N in the root, the effects of K and Pb contents were found to be positive effects. The effects of mycorrhizal root P content, there is no difference between types of control. Eggplant seedlings of the species we study the development of mycorrhizae and the effects of nutrient content were found to be positive. Gm plant to the development of its kind, was found to be more effective than Gi'ye. Of both types of mycorrhizae in nutrient found to be effective.
