Kuru ve sulu yetiştirme şartlarının ekmeklik buğday çeşitlerinin verim ve kalitesine etkisinin belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırma 14 ekmeklik buğday çeşidi ile 2014-2015 yılı yetiştirme döneminde kuru ve sulu koşullarda Bahri Dağdaş Uluslararası Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsünde tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Ekmeklik buğday çeşitlerinin sulu ve kuru koşullarda tane verimi, morfolojik, kimyasal ve hamur reolojik kalite özellikleri incelenmiştir. Yetiştirme koşullarının çeşitlerin verim ve kalite performanslarına etkileri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda tane verimi kuru koşullarda 447.42-709.08 kg/da arasında, sulu koşullarda ise 449.00-981.42 kg/da arasında değişmiştir. En yüksek tane verimi kuru ve sulu şartlarda sırasıyla Karahan-99 ve Yunus çeşitlerinde belirlenmiştir. Sulu koşullarda yetiştirilen çeşitler bitki boyu, başak uzunluğu, başakta tane sayısı, başakta tane ağırlığı, bin tane ve hektolitre ağırlıkları bakımından kuru koşullarda yetiştirilen çeşitlere göre daha yüksek değerler vermiştir. Kuru koşullarda protein oranı, zeleny sedimantasyon değeri, ekmek ağırlığı ve ekmek hacmi sırasıyla % 12.61, 33.10 ml, 144.48 g, 431.90 cm3, sulu koşullarda % 12.27, 38.70 ml, 145.99, 452.30 cm3 olarak belirlenmiştir. Kuru koşullarda yetiştirilen çeşitlerin protein oranı sulu koşullarda yetiştirilen çeşitlerden daha yüksek olmuştur. Ancak Zeleny sedimantasyon değeri sulu koşullarda daha yüksek olmuştur. Farinograf gelişme süresi, su absorbsiyonu, stabilite, miksograf gelişme süresi, pik yüksekliği, pik genişliği, toplam pik alanı, toplam alan değerleri sulu koşullarda kuru koşullardan daha yüksek olmuştur. Sonuç olarak yetiştirme koşullarının buğday verim ve kalitesi üzerine önemli etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür.
This research was carried out with 14 bread wheat variety under rainfed and irrigated conditions during 2014-2015 growing season according to randomized block designed with three replications in Bahri Dağdaş International Agricultural Research Institue. Grain yield and morphological, chemical and dough rheological quality properties of bread wheat varieties were investigated in irrigated and rainfed conditions. The effects of growing conditions on yield and quality performance of varieties were determined. As a result of research; grain yield ranged from 447.42 to 709.08 kg/da in rainfed conditions, 449.00 to 981.42 kg/da in irrigated conditions. The highest grain yields in rainfed conditions and irrigated conditions were obtained from Karahan-99 and Yunus varieties respectively. Varieties grown in irrigated conditions gave higher values than varieties grown in rainfed conditions in terms of properties of plant height, spike length, number of grains per spike, spike grain weight, thousand kernel weight and test weight. Protein content, Zeleny sedimentation value, bread weight and bread volume were determined as 12.61 %, 33.10 ml, 144.48 g and 431.90 cm3 in rainfed conditions, and 12.27 %, 38.70 ml, 145.99 g and 452.30 cm3 in irrigated conditions respectively. Protein content of varieties grown in rainfed conditions were higher than varieties grown in irrigated conditions. However Zeleny sedimentation value was higher in irrigated conditions. Farinograph development time, water absorption, stability, mixograph development time, peak height, peak width, total peak area, the total area values were higher in irrigated conditions than in rainfed conditions. As a result it was observed that effect of growing conditions on yield and quality were important.
