dc.description.abstract65 yaş ve üzeri kadınlarda sağlık okuryazarlığı düzeyi ve sosyal destek durumunun algılanan sağlık durumu ile ilişkisini araştırmak için yapılan çalışma tanımlayıcı, ilişki arayıcı türdedir. Konya’da bir üniversite hastanesinin Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Polikliniği’ne başvuran 65 yaş üzeri 170 kadının katılımıyla yürütülmüştür. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Yetişkin Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği, Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Analizde tanımlayıcı analizler (yüzde, frekans, ortalama ve standart sapma), t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, Post Hoc (Bonferroni) analizi, Mann-Whitney U testi, pearson korelasyon ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcıların % 37,6’sı genel sağlık durumunu iyi olarak algılamaktadır. Katılımcıların “Yetişkin Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği” puan ortalamaları 11.10 ± 4.23 olarak bulunmuştur. “Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği” puan ortalamaları 53.47 ± 13.73 bulunmuştur. Algılanan sağlık durumuna göre Yetişkin Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu saptanmıştır (p < 0.001). Yetişkin Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği puan ortalaması algılanan sağlık durumu iyi olan grup için 12.81 ± 4.59, algılanan sağlık durumu orta olan grup için 11.27 ± 3.58 ve algılanan sağlık durumu kötü olan grup için 8.62 ± 3.20’dir. Algılanan sağlık durumuna göre Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu saptanmıştır (p < 0.001). Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği puan ortalaması algılanan sağlık durumu iyi olan grup için 59.18 ± 12.23, algılanan sağlık durumu orta olan grup için 53.48 ± 13.34ve algılanan sağlık durumu kötü olan grup için 45.83 ± 12.55’tir. Sonuç olarak; çalışmaya katılan 65 yaş üstü kadınların sağlık okuryazarlığı düzeyi algılanan sağlık durumu iyi olan grupta algılanan sağlık durumu kötü olan gruptan daha yüksektir. Algılanan sosyal destek ölçek puanı yüksek olan kadınlarda algılan sağlık durumu da iyidir. Medeni durum, eğitim durumu, birlikte yaşadığı kişi, ekonomik durumu, kronik hastalık varlığı, yaşlılığı değerlendirme biçimleri ile 65 yaş üzeri kadınlarda algılanan sağlık durumu anlamlı olarak ilişkili bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe study conducted to investigate the relationship between health literacy level and social support status with perceived health status in women aged 65 and over is descriptive and relationshipseeking. The research was carried out with the participation of 170 women over 65 years of age who applied to the Gynecology and Obstetrics Polyclinic of a university hospital in Konya. Data were collected using Personal Information Form, Adult Health Literacy Scale, Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Descriptive analyses (percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation), t test, one-way analysis of variance, Post Hoc (Bonferroni) analysis, Mann-Whitney U test, Pearson correlation and chi-square test were used in the analysis. 37.6% of the participants in the study perceive the general health status as good. The mean score of the "Adult Health Literacy Scale" of the participants was found to be 11.10 ± 4.23. The mean score of "Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale" was 53.47 ± 13.73. When the mean scores of the Adult Health Literacy Scale were compared according to the perceived health status, a statistically significant difference was found between the groups (p < 0.001). The mean score of the Adult Health Literacy Scale was 12.81 ± 4.59 for the group with good perceived health status, 11.27 ± 3.58 for the group with moderate perceived health status, and 8.62 ± 3.20 for the group with poor perceived health status. When the mean scores of the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale were compared according to the perceived health status, a statistically significant difference was found between the groups (p < 0.001). The mean score of the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale was 59.18 ± 12.23 for the group with good perceived health status, 53.48 ± 13.34 for the group with moderate perceived health status and 45.83 ± 12.55 for the group with poor perceived health status. As a result, the health literacy level of women over 65 years of age participating in the study is higher in the group with good health status than in the group with poor health status. The perceived health status is also good in women with high perceived social support scale scores. Marital status, educational status, cohabitant, economic status, presence of chronic disease, old age evaluation forms and perceived health status in women over 65 years of age were found to be significantly correlated.en_US
