dc.description.abstractSelçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Patoloji Anabilim Dalı'nda kronik aktif, kronik persistant ve lobüler hepatit tanısı almış 50 olguya histolojik aktivite indeksine (HAİ) göre derecelendirme (grading) ve evrelendirme (staging) uygulandı. Olguların histolojik tanıları ile evreleri arasında, derecelendirme grupları ile evreleri arasında ve derecelendirme grupları ile evreleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki bulundu. Bütün bu veriler ışığında, HAİ'nin derecelendirme ve evrelendirme hususunda histopatolojik tanı ile uyumlu bir yöntem olduğu sonucuna varıldı.en_US
dc.description.abstractHistological activity index were applied to total 50 cases which have been diagnosed as chronic persistent, chronic active or lobular hepatitis in Selcuk University Faculty of Medicine, Pathology Department, for grading and staging. Significant statistically relations were found in between histological diagnoses of cases - groups of grading, histological diagnoses - their staging and groups of grading - their staging. In view of all results, it was concluded that histological activity index was a method, which was harmonious with histological diagnose, about grading and staging.en_US
