Özet
Bu çalışma, PGF ile senkronize edilerek tohumlanan pubertal düvelerle doğal östruslarında tohumlanan pubertal düvelerin gebelik oranlarını karşılaştırılmak ve bu hayvanlara tohumlamadan hemen sonra GnRH uygulanmasının fertilite üzerine olumlu bir etkisinin olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmada, materyal olarak yaşlan 11-13 ay arasında değişen, 114 düve kullanıldı. Düveller tesadüfi olarak 4 gruba ayrildi Grup NE (n=29) ve grup NE+G (n=28)'deki dü veler doğal östruslarında kızgınlık belirtilerinin tespitinden yaklaşık 12 saat sonra tohumlandı. Grup SN (n=29) ve grup SN+G (n=28)'deki düvelere ise 11 gün arayla 2 kez 0.5 mg cloprostenole (Estrumate uygulanarak östrusları senkronize edildi. Hayvanlar ikinci enjeksiyonu takip eden 36-108 saatler arasında kontrol edilerek kızgınlığın tespit edilmesinden yaklaşık 12 saat sonra tohumlandi. Tohumlamadan hemen sonra grup NE-G ve grup SN+G'deki düvelere 0.1 mg gonadorelin (Ovarelin) enjekte edildi. Yapılan çalışmada, senkronize edilen pubertal düvelende östrus görülme oranı 678.9 olarak belirlendi. Senkronize edilerek tohumlanan düvelerin gebelik oranında (%45.8), doğal östruslanında tohumlanan düvelerin gebelik oranina (%79.3) göre önemli bir azalma olduğu (P-0.011) tespit edildi. Senkronize edilen hayvanlara tohumlamadan hemen sonra GnRH uygulanması (Grup SN-G) sonucu elde edilen gebelik oranı (9671.4), GnRH uygulanmayan senk ronize edilmiş duvelerin (Grup SN) gebelik oranlanna gore (445.81 artış göstermesine ragmen aradaki fark istatistiki olarak önemsiz (P=0.083) bulundu. Sonuç olarak, PGF, ie senkronize edilen pubertal düvelerde ilk tohumlama sonucu elde edilen gebelik oranı azalmıştır. Bununla birlikte, senkronize edilen pubertal düvellere tohumlamadan hemen sonra GnRH uygulanması gebelik oranını önemli derecede artırmamasına rağmen fertiliteyi olumlu yönde etkileyebilir.
The objectives of this study were conducted to compare pregnancy rates of pubertal heifers inseminated at natural estrus and senchronized estrus with PGF and to determine whether the positive effect of GnRH administrations after insemination on fertility of pubertal heifers. A total of 114 puberal heaters at the age of 11-13 months were used. Heiters were randomly allocated to four groups Pubertal meters in Group NE (n=29) and Group NE+G (n=28) were inseminated artificially approximately 12 h after the onset of natural estrus. Pubertal heifers in Group SN (n-29) and Group SN+G (n=28) were synchronized using two injections of 0.5 mg cloprostenole (Estrumate) given 11 d apart and were observed from 36 to 108 h after second injection of PGF. They were inseminated artificially approximately 12 h after detection of estrus. In addition, heifers in Group NE-G and group SN-G were given 0.1 mg gonadorelin (Ovarelin 5) immediately after insemination. Helters were observed for estrus between 19 and 21 d after insemination Estrus rate of Sencronized pubertal heifers was determined as 78 974 First service conception rate was observed to be significantly lower (P=0.011) in heters in group SN than the beters in group NE (45.896 vs 79.396). Although sencronized pubertal heter treated with GnRH (group SN+G) showed a increase in pregnancy rate compared with group SN there was no significant difference (P=0.083) in conception rate between broup SN-3 and Group SN 71 46 V 45 816) These results indicate that there was a significant decrease in conception rate at first service for pubertal half synchronized with PGFL However GnRH given after insemination to senchronized puberta heters might affect positively on farblity, though it did not significantly increase conception rate.
