Genel anestezi altında diş tedavisi tamamlanmış hastaların rezin içerikli restorasyonlarının retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı 2021-2022 yılları arasında Selçuk Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Genel Anestezi Kliniği'nde tedavisi tamamlanan ve Pedodonti Kliniği'nde takibi yapılan süt ve daimi dişlere ait kompozit rezin içerikli restorasyonların 3, 6 ve 12.aydaki kontrollerinde Modifiye USPHS kriterlerine göre kaydedilmiş verileri incelenerek, bu verileri retrospektif olarak değerlendirmektir. İstatistiksel analize 90 çocuk hastaya ait 458 rezin restorasyon dâhil edildi. Klinik değerlendirme; postoperatif hassasiyet, marjinal uyum, marjinal renklenme, renk uyumu, retansiyon, anatomik form ve sekonder çürük kriterlerinin incelenebildiği modifiye USPHS kriterlerine göre yapıldı. Çalışmanın istatistiksel analizleri için "Microsoft Excel 2016" ve "IBM SPSS Statistics 26" yazılımları programları kullanıldı. Elde edilen veriler Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test for Normality, Kruskal-Wallis Test, Mc Nemar Testi ile değerlendirildi. Yaptığımız çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, erkek hasta oranı kız hastalardan daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Oransal olarak sağ ve sol bölgede istatistiksel olarak fark bulunmazken, üst çenede ve posterior bölgede anlamlı farklar elde edilmiştir. Restorasyonların başlangıç-on ikinci ay periyodunda Modifiye USPHS kriterlerine göre başarısına baktığımızda anterior ve posterior dişlerde istatistiksel olarak fark bulunmamıştır. Herhangi bir alt kırılım olmadan tüm restorasyonların başarısına baktığımızda on ikinci ay sonunda marjinal renklenme kriteri dışında diğer tüm kriterlerde alfa skoru en yüksek skor olarak bulunmuştur. Zamana bağlı olarak tüm kriterlerde alfa skorunda azalma olsa da marjinal renklenme kriteri dışındaki tüm kriterler için klinik olarak kabul edilebilir restorasyonlar yapıldığını düşünmekteyiz.
The aim of this study was to retrospectively evaluate the data recorded according to the Modified USPHS criteria at the 3rd, 6th and 12th month controls of composite resin restorations of deciduous and permanent teeth, whose treatment was completed in the General Anesthesia Clinic of Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry between 2021-2022 and followed up in the Pedodontics Clinic. The statistical analysis included 458 resin restorations from 90 pediatric patients. Clinical evaluation was performed according to modified USPHS criteria, which included postoperative tenderness, marginal congruity, marginal coloration, color congruity, retention, anatomical form, and secondary caries. "Microsoft Excel 2016" and "IBM SPSS Statistics 26" software programs were used for statistical analysis of the study. The data obtained were evaluated by Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test for Normality, Kruskal-Wallis Test, Mc Nemar Test. According to the results of our study, the proportion of male patients was higher than female patients. While there was no statistical difference in the right and left regions proportionally, significant differences were obtained in the maxilla and posterior region. When we look at the success of the restorations according to the Modified USPHS criteria in the initial-twelfth month period, no statistical difference was found in the anterior and posterior teeth. When we look at the success of all restorations without any subfracture, the alpha score was found to be the highest score in all criteria except the marginal discoloration criterion at the end of the twelfth month. Although there was a decrease in alpha score in all criteria depending on time, we think that clinically acceptable restorations were made for all criteria except the marginal discoloration criterion.
