Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, tek tonlu veya tek tonlu olmayan yüksek dolduruculu akışkan kompozit rezinlerin renk uyumunu ve bu renk uyumunun satbilitesini çekilmiş insan dişleri üzerinde 2 adet yüksek dolduruculu olmayan akışkan ve 1 adet macun kıvamındaki kompozit rezinle karşılaştırarak dijital fotoğraflar üzerinden ve görsel olarak değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada tek tonlu yüksek dolduruculu akışkan kategorisinde olan kompozit rezinler olarak; GC Essentia Universal HiFlo(GEUH), GC Essentia Universal LoFlo(GEUL), Omnichroma Flow Bulk(OBF), tek tonlu olmayan yüksek dolduruculu akışkan kompozit olarak Clearfil Majesty ES Flow(CMF), G-aenial Universal Injectable(GUI) kullanıldı. Kontrol grubu olarak tek tonlu olmayan ve yüksek doldurucu akışkan kompozit kategorisinde olmayan 3M Filtek Ultimate Flowable Refill(3MFURF) ile Imycryl Novacomp HF(INF) ve geleneksel macun kıvamında kompozit olan GC Essentia Universal(GEU) kompozit rezin kullanılmıştır. 120 adet çekilmiş ve suda bekletilmiş molar diş pembe akriliğe gömülmüştür(n=15). Dişlerin bukkal yüzeyinde, meziobukkal tüberkülünün hizasında silindirik elmas frezle soğutma altında yüksek hızlı bir türbinde standartlaştırılmış silindirik bir kavite bizotaj yapılmadan (4 mm çapında ve 2 mm derinliğinde) açılmıştır. Tüm örneklere single bond universal adeziv sistem etch and rinse modunda kullanılarak restorasyonlar tamamlanmıştır.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the color match of single-tone or non-single-tone highly filled flowable composite resins and the stability of this color match by comparing them with 2 non-single-tone flowable and 1 paste-like composite resins on extracted human teeth, via digital photographs and visually. Materials and Methods: In the study, GC Essentia Universal HiFlo, GC Essentia Universal LoFlo, Omnichroma Flow Bulk were used as single-tone highly filled flowable composites, Clearfil Majesty ES Flow, G-aenial Universal Injectable were used as non-single-tone highly filled flowable composites. 3M Filtek Ultimate Flowable Refill and Imycryl Novacomp HF, which are not single-tone and not in the high filling flowable composite category, and GC Essentia Universal composite resin, which is a traditional paste-like composite, were used as the control group. 120 extracted and water-soaked molar teeth were embedded in pink acrylic (n=15). On the buccal surface of the teeth, a standardized cylindrical cavity was opened with a high-speed turbine under cooling with a cylindrical diamond bur at the level of the mesiobuccal cusp without beveling (4 mm in diameter and 2 mm in depth). Restorations were completed on all samples using the single bond universal adhesive system in etch and rinse mode. Afterwards, the samples were subjected to the procedures of soaking in distilled water for 1 day (T0), soaking in distilled water for 6 days (T1) and soaking in coffee for 6 days and then brushing (T2). The color match between the tooth and the restoration at T0, T1 and T2 was both scored visually and calculated as the ΔE00 value from the photographs taken using a digital camera. The obtained data were evaluated by Kruskal Wallis H test, and then by making multiple comparisons with the Dunn test with Bonferroni correction for the parameters found to be significant. The p<.05 value was considered statistically significant. Results: Initially, the most compatible composite resins in terms of both visual and ΔE00 were GUI, GEU, GEUH and 3MFUF, while the least compatible ones were GEUL and INF. In all periods, GUI was the most compatible composite in terms of both visual and ΔE00, while INF was the least compatible. 3MFUF was more compatible with T0 and T1. GEU, GEUL and INF were the most incompatible composites in T2. CMF and OBF showed similar and good color matching in T0 and T2. Conclusion: Highly filled flowable composite resins did not show worse color matching than the paste-like composite resin after the coloring period. Color matching of non-highly filled flowable composite resins was more deteriorated at the end of the coloring period. Single-tone composite resins did not show better and more stable color matching.
