Dahiliye kliniklerinde çalışan hemşirelerin insülin tedavisine ilişkin bilgi düzeylerinin saptanması

| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma dahiliye kliniklerinde çalışan hemşirelerin insülin tedavisine ilişkin bilgi düzeylerini saptamak amacı ile tanımlayıcı olarak planlanmıştır. Veri toplamak için kullanılan anket formu, Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Konya Sosyal Sigortalar kurumu Hastanesi, Konya Devlet Hastanesi ve Konya Belediye Hastanesi dahiliye kliniğinde çalışan 49 hemşireye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verileri değerlendirmede yüzdelik khi - kare, Mann - Whitney - U testi ve Kruskal - Wallis varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler 42 puan üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda 42 puan alan hemşire olmamıştır. Hemşirelerin % 53.1'i 11-20 puan, % 32.7'si 21-30 puan, % 10.2'si 0-10 puan, % 4'ü 31-42 puan almıştır. Bilgi puan ortalamalarına göre yapılan değerlendirmede Önlisans Mezunu hemşirelerin bilgi puan ortalaması x= 23.21, Sağlık Meslek Lisesi Mezunu hemşirelerin bilgi puan ortalamasından (x= 16.74) yüksek bulunmuştur. İstatistiksel incelemede Önlisans mezunu hemşireler ile Sağlık Meslek Lisesi mezunu hemşirelerin bilgi puan ortalamaları arasında fark olduğu saptanmıştır. Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerin bilgi puan ortalaması (x= 24.67). Sosyal Sigortala Kurumu Hastanesi, Devlet Hastanesi, Belediye Hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerin bilgi puan ortalamasından daha yüksek bulunmuştur. İstatistiksel incelemede aralarında bilgi puan ortalamaları bakımından fark olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırmada çıkan sonuca göre hemşirelerin insülin tedavisine ilişkin bilgileri istenilen düzeyde değildir. Hemşirelerin insülin tedavisine ilişkin bilgilerinin yeterli düzeyde olabilmesi için, okul eğitimi sırasında insülin tedavisine ilişkin geniş kapsamlı bilgi verilmesi ve bu bilgilerin uygulama ile pekiştirilmesi, hastanelerde hizmetiçi eğitimin uygulanması gereklidir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study is designed to be a defining reference in determining the knowledge of the nurses working in the Internal Disease Clinics, regarding ensulin-treatment. The quastionarrie form used in inquiring for the rquired data has been applied to total 49 nurses that are working in the Selçuk University, Faculty of medicine, Training and Research Hospital, in the Social Insurance organization Hospital-Konya, in the state Hospital- Konya and in the municipality Hospital Konya. In the assesment of the data obtained, the khi-percentage-square test, the Mann-Whitney-U Test and the Variance Analysis of Kruskal-Wallis have been employed. The data obtained in the survey have been measured and assessed over 42 points in total. In the result of the data-assesment, no nurses wore able to obtain the exact 42 points. A percentage of 53% attained 11 to 20 points, 32.7% 21 to 30 points, 10.2% 0 to 10 points, and 4% 31 to 42 points. According to the assessment based on the Knowledge Point Averages, the average of the knowledge -points attained by the nurses holding a post-graduate degree, which is x=23.21 has been found to be higher than x=16.74, the average point obtained by the nurses only graduated from Vocational High Schools of Health. In the statistical examination, a diference has been observed between the knowledge - point averages belonging to the nurses holding a post-graduate degree and the averages to those graduted from Vocational high-schools of Health. The knowledge-point average of x=24,67 that is obtained by the nurses working in the Training and Research Hospital of Faculty of Medicine in Selçuk University in seen to be higher than the average 44 obtained by those working in social Insurance Institutions Hospital, State Hospital and Municipality hospital in the result of the statistical examination executed, it is found out that there is come difference, in respect of knowledge-point averages, between them, too. According to the result of the study, the knowledge of insulin-treatment of the nurses is not a the required level in Order that the Insulin-treatment knowledge of the nurses could be at the adequate Levels, a more comprehensive Knowledge of Insulin-treatment should be taught during the school-education and this theoric knowledge should be consolidated and reinforced thrugh beign put into practice, as well as the applied service-training should be executed in the hospitals. | en_US |
