| dc.description.abstract | Gazâlî'nin Furû-ı Fıkıh eserlerinden el-Basît, el-Vasît ve el-Veciz adlı eserlerini tesbit edebildik. Bunlardan el-Basît matbu halde bulunmadığından dolayı, bizde çalışmamızı el- Vasît ve el-Vecîz adlı iki eser üzerinde yaptık. Bu iki eser diğer furû-ı fıkıh eserlerinde olduğu gibi dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bunlar İbadat, Nikah ve Miras, Muamelât ve Ukûbât'tır. Bizim çalışmamız da Muamelatın içinde olan Eşya ve Borçlar Hukuku üzerinde olacaktır. Bu çalışmamıza başlarken Gazâlî'nin eserlerinden el-Vasît ve el-Vecîz adlı eserlerinde eşya ve borçlar hukuku ile ilgili Hanefilere nisbet edilen görüşleri tesbit ettik. Bu tesbiti yaptıktan sonra, ilkin Gazâlî'nin görüşünü yazdıktan sonra, Hanefilere ait görüşü yazdık. Bu görüşleri bu şekilde tesbit ettikten sonra eşya ve borçlar hukuku kapsamında hazırladığımız başlıkların altına yerleştirdik. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El-Basît, el-Vasît ve el-Veciz the works of Al-Ghazali's works have detected. El-Basît pre-printed but due to the absence of them, we've done our work on two works by el Vasit and el Veciz. These two works are the works of fiqh, such as other Furu-I consists of four parts. These İbadat, marriage and inheritance, and Ukûbât and Transactions. Our study in the Proceedings of the Goods and will be on the Law of Obligations. Al-Ghazali's works began this study by the works of al-Wasit, and al-Veciz law of obligations related to the goods and we have determined the views attributed to Hanafis. After making this determination, first, after writing the opinion of Al-Ghazali, wrote opinion of Hanafis. These reviews identified in this way we prepared under the law of obligations after the goods and placed under the titles. | en_US |
