AMAÇ: Daha önce sezaryen geçirmiş vaginal doğum için kontrendike olmayan gebelerde doğum eylemini takip etmek.'GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: Vaginal doğum için kontrendikasyon görülmeyen 93 gebe seçilerek doğum eylemi takibe alındı. BULGULAR: Seçilen 93 olgudan 68 tanesi (% 73.1) başarılı bir travay takibi sonucunda doğurtuldu. 25 vaka fetal distres, sefalopelvik uygunsuzluk, sekonder agn zaafı endikasyonu ile sezaryen yapıldı. Vaginal yolla doğurtulan iki gebede parsiyel rüptür gelişti (%2.7). Takip edilen hastalar müdaheleye gerek kalmaksızın taburcu edildi. Vaginal doğan 9 bebek prematürite nedeniyle kaybedildi. Hastanede ortalama kalış süresi 1 gündü. Sezaryenda ise bu süre 3 gündü. SONUÇ: Uygun olarak seçilen hastalarda sezaryen sonrası vaginal doğum amacıyla travay denemesi uygun ve güvenli bir obstetrikyaklaşım biçimi olabilir.
OBJELTIVE: 93 Pregnant women who were delivered by cessarian sectio previonsly & had no contraindication for vaginal delivery was followed for spontaneous vaginal delivery. MA TERYAL METHODS: 93 pregnant women having no contraindication for vaginal delivery were selected for this study. RESULTS: Outof 93 selected patients, 68 (73.1%) were delivered successfully by vaginal way. In 25 patient cessarean section was performed due to fetal distress, sepholopelviç disproportion. Partial uterine rupture with vaginal delivery was seen in two patient (2.7%). She left the hospital without any complication. 9 babies who were delivered by vaginal way were lost due to prematurity. The mean length of hospitalisation was I day in vaginally delivering patients. This time was 3 days in cases of section group. CONCLUSION: Vaginal delivery in women with previous cessarion section is a suitable & safe obstetrical measure in selected patients.
