In this study, the polyfunctional organoselenium compounds such as 1- phenylseleno-3-cyclohexylamine-2-propanole(FSSP), 1-(p-methoxyphenylseleno)-3- morpholine-2-propanole (MFSMP), 1-(p-brominephenylseleno)-3-morpholine-2- propanole (BFSMP) and its chlorohydrats were synthesized, their toxic dose levels and lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity (AOA) effects on animals were evaluated. For this purpose, 7 dose levels beginning with 40 mg/kg and following as 80 mg/kg, 120 mg/kg, 160 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, 240 mg/kg, 320 mg/kg experimented under skin of the 8 groups each containing 10 guinea pigs which are 25 gr weight. After 24, 48 and 72 hours following administration of the chemicals, the numbers of dead and alive animals were recorded and morthalities were calculated. It was determined that all of the synthesized chlorohydrats organoselenium compounds has some toxic effect and LD50 value is 160 mg/kg, LD100 value is 200-240 mg/kg. The lowest morthality was in 80 mg/kg given group, whereas the highest morthality was found in 210 mg/kg group. Antioxidant activity of chlorohydrats organoselenium compounds was determined as following rank: FSSP > p- MFSMP > p- BFSMP
