dc.description.abstracteknoloji her sektörde kendini gösteren değişimin bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Bu doğrultuda turizm de teknoloji gelişimleriyle iç içe geçmiş bir sektördür. Turizm sektörü içerisinde yer alan otel işletmeleri faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirmek adına Otomasyon Sistemlerini kullanmaktadır. Otomasyon Sistemleri, süreçleri basit hale getirmek, hızlandırmak ve otomatikleştirmek için kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenle otel işletmelerinde kullanılan Otomasyon Sistemlerinin tercih nedenleri ve en fazla hangi yazılımı tercih ettiklerini belirlemek araştırmanın amacını taşımaktadır. Otomasyon Sistemlerinden daha gelişmiş olan ve Bulut teknolojisi kullanan ERP sistemleri birçok otel işletmesinin işlerini daha da kolaylaştıracak, hızlandıracak ve maliyetleri düşürerek kar elde edilmesine yardımcı olacaktır. Dolayısıyla Otomasyon Sistemleri kullanan otel işletmelerine ERP sistemlerine geçiş sürecini ve faydalarını anlatmak araştırmanın diğer amacını taşımaktadır. Araştırma Konya ili merkez ilçelerinde yer alan 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel işletmelerinin Genel ve Departman Müdürleriyle görüşülmüştür. Araştırmanın amacına uygun şekilde yöntem olarak Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) kullanılmıştır. 12 adet yöneticiye AHP anketleri yüz yüze teslim edilmiştir. Elde edilen anketlere yapılan analizler neticesinde yöneticilerin %100'ünün Otomasyon Sistemleri bilgisine sahipken; sadece yarısının (%50) ERP yazılımları hakkında bilgisi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Katılımcılar en fazla değeri "Entegrasyon" ana kriterine vererek Otomasyon Sistemlerinde önem verdikleri kriteri belirlemişlerdir. Alt kriterde ise en önemli verdikleri "Hizmet Verimliliği" alt kriteri olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada hazırlanan ankette yer almayan fakat otel işletmelerinin kullandığı otomasyon seçeneği bulundurulmuştur. Araştırmanın analiz sonucuna göre Elektra Firması Otomasyon Sistemlerinde en fazla tercih edilen yazılım firması olarak bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractTechnology has become a part of the change that manifests itself in every sector. In this regard, tourism is also a sector intertwined with technological developments. Hotel businesses within the tourism sector use Automation Systems to carry out their activities. Automation Systems are used to simplify, accelerate and automate processes. For this reason, the aim of the research is to determine the reasons for choosing Automation Systems used in hotel businesses and which software they prefer most. More advanced than Automation Systems and using Cloud technology, ERP systems will make the work of many hotel businesses easier, faster and help them make profits by reducing costs. Therefore, the other purpose of the research is to explain the transition process and benefits of ERP systems to hotel businesses using Automation Systems. The research was interviewed with General and Department Managers of 4 and 5 star hotel establishments located in the central districts of Konya province. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used as a method in accordance with the purpose of the research. AHP surveys were delivered face to face to 12 managers. As a result of the analysis of the surveys obtained, 100% of the managers have knowledge of Automation Systems; It was concluded that only half (50%) had knowledge about ERP software. Participants determined the criterion they attach importance to in Automation Systems by giving the most value to the main criterion of "Integration". In the sub-criteria, the most important one was determined as the "Service Efficiency" sub-criteria. The automation option used by hotel businesses, which was not included in the survey prepared in the research, was included. According to the analysis results of the research, Company Elektra was found to be the most preferred software company in Automation Systems.
