| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma Ehlisünnetin önde gelen müfessirlerinden Fahreddin er-Râzî'nin kelâmi ve fıkhi konularla ilgili ayetlerin yorumuna dair görüşlerini temellendirirken ve bu konularda muhaliflerine itirazlarını dile getirirken umûm-husûsu bir delil olarak kullanmasını Mefâtîhu'l-gayb özelinde ele almaktadır. Râzî ayet, hadis ve akli delillerin yanı sıra usûl bilgisinin de ayetleri yorumlamada önemli bir araç olduğunu ortaya koyarak bilhassa lafızlar ile bu lafızların ifade ettiği anlamlar arasındaki ilişkiyi detaylı bir şekilde analiz etmiştir. "Umûmun tahsisi konusunda bir hükmün işlevsiz olmasındansa, tahsisin gerçekleşmesi daha evladır." görüşünde olan Râzî, bu kaide sayesinde ayetleri bağlamından koparmadan ve ihtilaflı konuları objektif bir bakış açısıyla yorumlamaktadır. Bu durum onun hem ameli hem de itikadi noktada mezhebi asabiyetinin bir ölçüde arka planda görünmesine zemin hazırlamıştır. Literatürdeki boşluğu bir ölçüde doldurmak ve alana katkı sağlamak amacıyla hazırlanan bu çalışmada, tefsir müktesebatı başta olmak üzere çeşitli ilmi kaynaklardan faydalanılmış ve konuya dair birtakım sonuçlar ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines how one of the prominent exegetes of Ahl al-Sunnah, Fakhr al-Dīn al-Rāzī, employs the principle of generality (ʿumūm) and specificity (khuṣūṣ) as evidence when substantiating his views on theological and juridical issues or when voicing objections to his opponents. The analysis focuses on his exegesis in Mafātīḥ al-Ghayb. Al-Rāzī demonstrates that, alongside the Qur'ānic verses, ḥadīths, and rational proofs, the principles of Islamic legal theory (uṣūl al-fiqh) serve as crucial tools for interpreting the Qurʾān. He meticulously analyzes the relationship between words (lafẓ) and the meanings they convey. Adopting the principle that "It is preferable to allow specification (takhṣīṣ) rather than render a ruling ineffective in cases of generality," al-Rāzī interprets verses without severing them from their context, addressing contentious issues with an objective perspective. This methodological approach allows his sectarian inclinations to recede to some extent, both in practical (ʿamalī) and theological (iʿtiqādī) domains. By attempting to fill a gap in the literature and contribute to the field, the research draws upon exegetical traditions and other scholarly resources to present findings on the subject. The conclusions derived aim to shed light on the role of the principle of generality and specificity in al-Rāzī's interpretations and its broader implications for Qurʾānic exege. | |
