| dc.description.abstract | İslâmî ilimlerin tedvin döneminde ilk olarak temel metinler kaleme alınmıştır. Temel metinlerin oluşumundan sonra yapılan en önemli çalışmalardan birisi de şerh çalışmalarıdır. Şerh çalışmasında temel metinlerdeki kapalı ifadeler açıklanır, eksik konular tamamlanır, yanlışlar düzeltilir ve konunun daha iyi anlaşılması sağlanır. Bu genel durum fıkıh ilmi içerisinde yazılan şerhler içinde geçerli olmuştur. Hanefî mezhebinde ilim ehli tarafından çokça ilgi gösterilen ve temel fıkıh kaynaklarından birisi olan Muhtasaru'l-Kudûrî üzerine çok sayıda şerh yazılmıştır. Bu şerhlerden birisi de Ebû Bekir el-Haddâd'ın el-Cevheretü'n-neyyire isimli eseridir. Eser, Haddâd'ın Muhtasaru'l-Kudûrî üzerine önceden yazdığı es-Sirâcü'l-vehhâc adlı şerhin muhtasarıdır. Şerhlerin subjektif bir özelliğe sahip olması şerhin kim tarafından yazıldığını önemli kılmaktadır. Nitekim şârihin ilmî ve fikrî özellikleri ile kullandığı metot, şerhinin değerini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu sebeple şârihin kendisinin ve metodunun bilinmesi şerhten istifade etmeyi kolay hale getirecektir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada Ebû Bekir el-Haddâd, hayatı ve ilmî çalışmalarıyla tanıtılmış ve el-Cevheretü'n-neyyire eseri özelinde kaynakları ve şerh metodu incelenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In the period of codification of Islamic sciences, the first basic texts were written. One of the most important studies carried out after the formation of the basic texts is commentary studies. In the commentary work, closed expressions in the basic texts are explained, missing topics are completed, inaccuracies are corrected and a better understanding of the subject is provided. This general situation was also valid for the commentaries written within the science of fiqh. Many commentaries have been written on Mukhtasaru'l-Qudûrî, which is one of the basic sources of fiqh and which has been shown great interest by scholars in the Hanafite mazhab. One of these commentaries is the work of Abû Bakr al-Haddad called el-Cevheretü'n-neyyire. The work is a summary of Haddâd's previous commentary on Mukhtasaru'l-Qudûrî, called es-Sirâcü'l-vehhâc. The fact that commentaries have a subjective feature makes it important who wrote the comment. As a matter of fact, the scientific and intellectual characteristics of the commentator and the method he uses reveal the value of his commentary. For this reason, knowing the annotator and his method will make it easier to benefit from the annotation. As a result, in this study, Abû Bakr al-Haddâd was introduced with his life and scientific works, and his sources and commentary method were examined specifically in the work of el-Cevheretü'n-neyyire. | |
