| dc.description.abstract | Bu deneme; Farklı seviyelerde Kurutulmuş Damıtık Tahıl Çözünürleri (DDGS) içeren rasyonların bıldırcınların performans ve karkas özelliklerine etkilerini belirlemek için yürütülmüştür. Günlük yaşta ve karışık cinsiyette Japon bıldırcınlarının (Coturnix coturnix japonica) kullanıldığı bu denemede rasyonlar aşağıdaki gibi oluşturulmuştur: I) Kontrol grubu (DDGS içermeyen sarı mısır-soya küspesi ağırlıklı bazal rasyon ); II) %5 DDGS içeren grup; III) %10 DDGS içeren grup; IV) %15 DDGS içeren grup; V) %20 DDGS içeren grup. Deneme süresi 6 hafta olup, gruplar 4 tekerrürlü (5Grup x 4 Tekerrür = 20 Alt Grup) ve her tekerrürde 10 (5 erkek+5 dişi) civciv olacak şekilde oluşturulmuştur (20 Alt Grup x 10 Civciv = 200 Civciv). Denemede, 24 saat aydınlatma programı uygulanmış, yem ve su ad-libitum sağlanmıştır. Deneme sonu itibariyle, gruplar arasında 0-6 haftalık dönem için performans özellikleri bakımından farklılıklar önemli (P<0.05) olup, %10 DDGS seviyesinin bıldırcınlar için optimal olduğu söylenebilir. Karkas özellikleri bakımından gruplar arasında önemli bir farklılık gözlemlenmemiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out determining effects of different levels of dried distilled grain soluable (DDGS) on performance traits of Japenese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica). In this experiment, newly hatched chicks and mixed sex Japenese quails were used. Quails were fed with diets containing different levels of DDGS for 6 weeks. Experimental groups were as follows: I) Control group (No DDGS); II) 5% DDGS group; III) 10% DDGS group, IV) 15% DDGS group; V) 20% DDGS group. All groups were designed by four replications with 10 chicks (5 groups x 4 replicates x 10 chicks = 200 chicks). During the experiment, feed and water were provided as ad-libitum. Experiment was lasted for 6 weeks. At the experiment, there were significantly differences (P<0.05) among the groups for performance criteria. According to the results of performance criteria, optimal DDGS level was 10 % for growing Japenese quails. There were no significantly differences among the groups for carcass traits of quails. | en_US |
