Özet
Bu çalışmada, serbest şekilli yüzeylerin hassas ve düşük maliyetle üretilmesini sağlamak amacıyla, belirli takım yolu şablonlarından uygun olanı ve gerekli takımları seçebilen bir takım yolu oluşturma sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen sistem, yüzey bilgilerini IGES veri dosyasından okuyabilmekte, bu yüzeyleri NURBS formatında tanımlayabilmekte, uygun takım yolu şablonları ile takımları seçebilmekte ve takım yolu üretebilmektedir. Sistem, Visual C++ programlama paketi ile yazılım haline getirilmiştir.
In this study, we develop a tool path generation method to manufacture of free form surfaces with minimum cost and time. This system can read surface information from IGES file and convert to NURBS and than select convenient tool path pattern and tools and produce tool path. The developed system in this study is implemented with Visual C++.
