Karşılaştırmalarda bağımsız gruplarda t testi, One Way ANOVA, Mann Whitney-U test, Kruskal
Pregnancy is a special period in which physiological, psychological and hormonal changes occur and sexual problems are neglected. Sexual attitudes and behaviors during pregnancy closely affect the quality of sexual life of pregnant women. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between attitudes and behaviors related to sexuality during pregnancy and the quality of sexual life of couples. This relationship-seeking study was conducted with 360 pregnant women (first trimester=120, second trimester=120, third trimester=120) who met the inclusion criteria. Data; It was collected between December 2021 and April 2022 on the basis of self-report and using the "Informed Consent Form", "Personal Information Form", “Attitudes and Beliefs Scale about Sexuality during Pregnancy (ABSSP)" and "Sexual Quality of Life Scale (SQOL-F)". Number and percentage distributions, mean and standard deviation were used in the analysis of the data. In comparisons, t test, One Way ANOVA, Mann Whitney-U test, Kruskal Wallis-H test, Pearson ChiSquare test and Correlation analysis were used in independent groups. When the pregnant women were evaluated in terms of age, education level, spouse education level and economic status, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups when compared according to the weeks of gestation. When the findings of the pregnant women regarding the employment status were compared according to the weeks of gestation, a statistically significant difference was found between the three groups. The total ABSSP score of the pregnant women was calculated as 52.87±17.57 and the SQOL-F score was calculated as 77.78±18.30. When the ABSSP and SQOL-F scores of the pregnant women were compared, a negative relationship was found and statistically significant. As a result of the research; It was determined that as the ABSSP score of pregnant women increased, the SQOL-F score decreased. As a result, it was observed that the sexual attitudes and behaviors of pregnant women in all trimesters negatively affected the quality of sexual life.
